Dr. Fava and the staff at the clinic are absolutely amazing and so kind. We had troubles scheduling appointments, we even missed an appointment which was my fault, and they were so patient and understanding, it blows me away. I've never had such positive experiences with medical professionals in my life. They're friendly, understanding of neurodiversity, and the crosslinking procedure went really well. Highly recommend.

I had the fortunate experience of having an appointment with Dr Mark Fava in December of 2022. From my first steps into his clinic to leaving a short time later everything was excellent. The receptionist greeted me immediately and checked me in. After a short wait one of the aides did the preliminary check up and put eye drops in. She was very pleasant and efficient. I was then sent back to the waiting area to wait my turn to see the Dr. After a very short wait I was called into an examination room and asked a few questions by another Dr. , perhaps one in training. He also could not have been nicer ! Dr. Fava came in a few minutes later to see me and discuss the reasons for my visit. He was very very pleasant and friendly and really could not have been more efficient . He was a real pleasure to deal with and I felt very satisfied with my visit ! I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Fava to anyone.

Dr. Fava is one of the best doctors, and nicest person who I have ever met! He is very personable, honest, calm, and he puts you at ease, as he explains how he will help to correct your vision. As it was the first time doing cataract surgery, I felt reassured when Dr. Fava explained in detail how the surgery would be conducted, and when he confidently said, You wait and see! He was right

They made me feel very comfortable and excited about my cataract surgery.All my questions were answered, I understood the answers.I have worn glasses for 65 years and I hope to toss them.Whatever the outcome I am confident that the best was done.Once again thank you so much.

I had cataract surgery on both eyes, three weeks apart, in Jan. this year. Everything went perfectly. Dr. Fava and complete staff were fantastic. He is exceptionally busy, and the wait times sometimes seem longer than necessary, but the wait is well worth it. Again, thanks to Dr. Fava and staff.

Dr. Fava takes the time to explain and answer questions about my situation.Update: I cannot say enough about the care and personal attention that Dr. Fava and his staff provided to me. They are very professional and always make you feel comfortable while there. My surgery was successful and beyond my expectations. Highly recommend them.

This is a very friendly, respectful, and professional office. First staff answered all my questions in detail while going through differenttesting machines.Made me feel very cared for, and comfortable. Then the resident examined me, he was very polite, and professional. Dr Fava then came in and re-examined me to confirm findings, and explained things to me in detail. I will be returning for a procedure at the end of the month, but because of the reassurance from the whole team, and Dr Fava addressing all of my concerns.I am not worried, they have put my mind at ease. From the first visit to Dr. Fava's office I was impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the staff who welcomed me.Once in the office I was further impressed by the knowledge of the team and the well maintained and up to date equipment.All my subsequent appointments were much the same, not to mention the supportive phone calls I had with the staff.My procedure (cataract surgery) went very well. Dr. Fava did an awesome job and I was in and out of surgery I'm less than 15 minutes. The hospital staff was also great!! Furthermore, I found Dr. Fava to be very knowledgeable and a nice guy.I highly recommend Dr. Fava and this office.

My visit to see Dr. Fava was excellent. I arrived on time for my appointment and was taken care of as soon as I walked through the door. I literally didn't have time to sit down before one of the staff members begin taking some tests. After running a few tests, the wait time to see Dr. Fava was short. Dr. Fava was very polite and friendly to my fiancee and I. He took the time to properly examine the results of my tests and to look at my eyes. He not provided us with all the information regarding my prognosis but he also took the time to discuss the possible solutions to improve my condition. He also answered all of our questions.
