I walked in with my kids to buy a charm for my wife. They have a book you can look through at different charms, I started to open it and a very rude employee came over and took it out of my hands and asked if I was looking for earrings. I replied no I was looking for charms, and she reacted awkwardly, not really responding and walked away, putting the booklet on the other side of the counter for some reason and not helping me find a charm. How am I supposed to find the charm I want if I don’t have the booklet and the employee won’t help me? Very bizarre interaction.

Stephanie T was the best, very patient and very helpful. Her manager Theresa is also helpful and has the best energy ever!!

I came in to the store about a week ago to ask for some advice. My in laws bought my daughters earrings and necklaces for Christmas, and one necklace already broke. I k ow they have warranty so I went to ask how to proceed since it was purchased from the US. I spoke to the manager Teresa who was very nice and eager to help. She mentioned seeing if I could get the receipt, if I can then to bring the receipt and the item to the store and she would try her best to help. If she couldn’t or the system didn’t allow for the exchange she would call customer service and go from there. I went back got the receipt and came back about a week later. Only to he greeted by one of the most lazy employees ever.I’m sure showing up at opening interrupted her breakfast. She had zero interest in helping and told me to call customer service. I told her what the other manager said and she was like yeah I don’t know come back tomorrow when she’s here. I’ve spent $1000s of dollars with Pandora so it was disappointing. I called customer service and they took care of it, they also confirmed the store SHOULD have been able to help I think that girl was just lazy. I brought my daughter with me so she could pick out something new also but she was equally disappointed and didn’t want to spend money there

Irina was phenomenal! She suggested a beautiful set of hearts, earrings and chian with pendant for our 10 years anniversary! Wife loves it and get tonnes of compliments! We actually got the gold set for a change! Looks amazing! ❤️❤️❤️

Great selection, staff was more concerned about there phones

Today was my first time shopping here, and I can guarantee that it won’t be my last. My sales associate was Jennifer S, and she was amazing. She helped me pick out exactly what I was looking for. I’m only shopping here when Jennifer S is working. Super friendly, fast and efficient. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

The Blonde manager or MOD from Sunday April 16 around 5pm was extremely rude. She kept screaming at her colleague to “watch the cash” over and over again so loud I could hear from across the store. Not sure why she couldn’t have politely asked. Very uncomfortable to view as a customer.

Don’t buy Jewellery from this store. They are very unprofessional. I had purchased a pair of earrings there as a gift. I was unsure if I should buy them cause they were final sale. I was confident that they were going to be perfect. I shouldn’t have bought them in the first place, the associate wasn’t very helpful, she just wanted a sale. Turns out the earrings don’t secure as you put them in your ear. What’s the point wearing earrings if you are going to lose them? I tried to return them and the same associate named Jennifer was there and of course she wasn’t helpful and rude about it. All we asked for was at least a store credit. Of course she said no we can’t help you. They lost my business.

I was the only colored person in this store. No one greeted me upon entering the store. I walked around an not one person asked if I needed anything. I waited and waited until I had to go ask if someone can help me because other people where coming into the store and getting help. The girl turned to me an said she will help me once she's done. She ended up getting someone else to help me. I had to ask about the promotions asI overheard from another conversation that there was a prom going on.I ended up buying some stuff. But I definitely didn't feel welcome at all. Didn't feel like they wanted to help me either. Definitely won't be go back to this location.
