Sir Grout Seattle

We had a fairly large job. 3 bathrooms, our kitchen islands and the entire downstairs tile flooring (about $9K). They sent 3 techs and completed the job in two days with minimal interruption. Upon arrival they assessed the job and immediately recognized some issues the salesperson did not see. They recommended two alternate plans (one regrout and one to not remove grout in another area). These recommendations saved us from potential damage and costly repairs. Our kitchen marble looks as good as the day I chose it in the warehouse 19 years ago. Courteous, clean, conscientious and willing to put up with two curious dogs, I can say Sir Grout, David, Michael and Sean were a great crew.

Gabbi was exceptionally professional and detail-oriented. She answered all my questions and did a fantastic job prepping the area and applying epoxy grout where the existing grout had failed. Alex was also very courteous and helpful on day one of the two-day job. David did our estimate and was far more knowledgeable than the other outfit where we got a second bid on the job.

We hired Sir Grout to restore the grout in our master bath shower, and it looks so much better! Our technician was efficient and provided us options to best match the grout in areas needing replacement and we received excellent after-care instructions as well. Brock did a great job fixing three different areas (shower, vanity, and floor tile) where the grout was cracking. The company was able to quote me via photos which made it easy. Brock was very professional, the color match is terrific (even though they advised me it might be difficult when only doing spot areas), and very clean as well. I am very happy with the work and everything looks brand new.

Mike and Oscar did an exceptional job. Oscar did an awesome job in our marble shower. He deep cleaned and color sealed the grout lines and clear sealed marble walls. He also cleaned and sealed the shower floor and replaced the shower caulking seams with epoxy grout because the old caulking was molding. Looks great! He also did the same with our master shower. Mike did a wonderful job in restoring our office, laundry and bathroom Terrazzo stone floor!! I am amazed and so happy that the stains are gone and the floor is shiny again! love it!
