En tant que client, j'ai été obligé à assister à un échange de propos très vulgaires entre un client et le personnel. Comme le client est arrivé 15 minutes en retard le personnel la place de trouver une solution acceptable, aider le client a commencé a sortir un récit très vulgaire et plain des symboles ''des doigts'' jusque là sortir de la succursale. Pour moi, c'était la dernière fois que j'ai rentré dans cette succursale. Je préfère d'allé a Montréal pour une consultation.

These people will try to take advantage of the elderly if you’re not careful. They charged $1100 for a pair of glasses that were the wrong prescription…after several months of trying to resolve the issue, they ended up issuing a refund.On another note, went to Costco and got the same glasses for under $550

Awful experience. Tried to get glasses for my mom and the whole process took 6 months since when we ordered, and I finally decided to get a refund instead of waiting more. Every week they would say they would call to update me with more info, however I NEVER received a call from them when promised. I always ended up calling them to get an update and it was always the same “there’s a delay and it’ll arrive next week”. I heard this for weeks on end. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Avoid as much as possible unless you don’t mind waiting 6+ months to get glasses.

Mrs Cortés is a very qualified optometrist. She really takes the time to do a very thorough eye exam. She was very patient, welcoming and careful. You can tell she has a lot of experience. She was also ready to answer all the questions I had. The rest of the staff at the store is also really nice, plus, they have a good variety of frames. I was very pleased and happy with the service provided: 10/10 would recommend!

My wife and I had an appointment with Dr. Cortés in December 2019. She was excellent and very attentive. As my wife doesn't speak French, she offered to do the consult either in English or Spanish. We appreciate that. We had a great experience with everyone at Newlook.
