Appartements Central – a Centurion Property

It is now owned by centurion properties. When it was owned by junic , had absolutely no problems with someone getting back to you .Good luck getting a hold of anyone , this place has gone completely downhill .Make sure you have cats as their are mice on the 4th floor balconies and in the building !Our oven has not worked in 2 months and we’ve contacted them in multiple ways with no response. They had a handy man come in a month ago june 18th , at 7:30pm on a Friday (such inappropriate time , but whatever) who had no idea what he was doing , came in looked at it for hours and than said “email Ashley for a spare one “ we have twice since and nothings happened, it’s crazy not having a working oven for over two months and being ignored . Couldn’t imagine how the react when other serious things go wrong . just another place that just collects your money monthly and ignores you now.

Horrible service, communication is terrible for real, apartment are beautiful but management is horrible, what are they doing there , if they can’t answer customer calls and e-mail! Don’t waste your time

Drove an hour today for a tour of both a 1 bedroom or studio suite, which are both listed as available on the website, as well as being advertised on Kijiji showing immediate occupancy and incentives if you sign prior to Sept 15. As a working professional, like most likely looking at these apartments, I had to take time out of my work day and leave early for this appointment. When I arrived, the door to the leasing office was locked, and despite both women in the office seeing me at the door, I had to call the customer service number so they could dispatch them to let me in. The leasing agent ended up walking up at that time and he let me in, before promptly telling me that there were no units available despite my booking an appointment online to see both units which were, again, clearly listed as available on multiple websites. He spent about ten minutes talking to the two women in the office (I only understood parts of the conversation as I’m not fluent in French) and confirmed that the website was not updated and nothing was available. When he walked me out, we stood outside and he spent over fifteen minutes telling me to RUN don’t walk from this company and to look elsewhere for an apartment because they are a “sh*t show” (his words verbatim). He stated none of the amenities advertised (pool, gym) were ever open, that maintenance takes ages to fix any issues, and made a point that if the leasing process is this disorganized, imagine how bad it is living here. The leasing agent himself being so passionate about how terrible this building/company is is a clear sign to go elsewhere.

The rent is unreasonable - you pay for services that are advertised but not actually available. The building is full of issues - mold, appliances not working, fire alarm going off at random times of day, lack of hot water for weeks at a time... After months of attempts to contact management, nothing has been done. The situation remains the same even after Centurion took over. I would not recommend it.

I signed a lease at this complex when it was a previous management company during my lease there was a switch over to Centurion. I had been given information from a representative from the previous management company which caused a lot of problems for me.I went back and fourth a few times with some of the people in the management office, and eventually got connected with Brigitte. Brigitte was so helpful, she was attentive to my problem, responsive, followed through on what she said she was going to do, and eventually came to me with a reasonable solution.Based on my experience the management team that is currently in place is reliable and trying to turn things around. They were professional and understood they were dealing with real people, I appreciate the hard work and I cannot thank them enough for the help.

I rented my apartment from Junci and it was amazing.Building was clean ,people are responsive when any issues happen then sadly Centurion took over. They turned it to a mess. Building is smelly and dirty. Swimming pool doesnt get cleaned regularly. We couldnt use the pool last summer.Our AC had a problem and it took them 8 months to come and check it. Last couple of weeks, temperature was around 30 in my apartment so I had to discard all my medications and cosmetics as it is not safe to store them in a temp more than 25.They didnt want to compensate me for my loss which was around 1500

Since the first day I moved, it did not stop there. The apt wasn't cleaned at all. They did not even know that I was moving in. I have found empty pizza boxes, plates and cups in the kitchen. It was like people party the day before. The bathroom was dirty, and many things were broken. It's a terrible customer service. They don’t answer tickets, they don't answer on the phone. Sending many requests for one month, but nothing has been addressed. Internet is included, but it’s cheap. Under 6mbps, I can’t work from home with that slow internet. I addressed the issue 3 weeks now, but I did not hear from them. I have found the dryer broken when I moved on February 1st. I called and sent many requests, They called me five times to tell me they were coming to change it, but they did not come to replace it changed. Apt is beautiful, but avoid it, please don't waste your time and your money. I don't recommend it.

All the other reviews are true and 1 star is too much for the bad service they provide. The worst building management is here... Don't waste your time, don't let the beautiful high ceilings or the nice appliances blind yourself... They are so bad but soooo bad that I'm here for 3 months and they didn't even set up my payments and now in January I will have to pay 4 months of rent all together. We also had problems during our move in, the apartment was totally dirty, we still having problems with our parking spot and locker, they didn't answer phone calls and took forever to got a reply on a simple e-mail. I still have no key to go to underground parking. Also, the lack of management make the tenants do their on rules and nobody respect absolutely nothing here. Save yourself from a lot of headaches and move to another buildings close by.
