So impressed with Fountain Tire! Was very overdue for an oil change and was anxious to go without my husband as have previously being swindled elsewhere. Everyone I spoke with was kind, clear with information and absolutely no pressure to go/purchase beyond the appointment specs. The reports they give are so handy and thorough and was perfect to pass along to my husband. They even gave recommendations with pricing for the next appointment so you won't be shocked by the price and can plan ahead. Thank you so much to everyone here, I will absolutely be back!

Got new tires a couple months ago. The service was good and the staff were welcoming. Got a problem after a month and they fixed it quickly.

Admittedly my initial thoughts of this business I would rate it a 3 star and that would only be because having never visited as a customer.I visited Saturday, May 6 as I initially thought my car had a flat tire; only to discover it was a cracked rim to which one of the two BMW dealerships in this city which I purchased my car from will have to replace the rim.I had the pleasure to interact with Oliver Montesa initially whose breadth and depth of knowledge is amazing. Not only does he have a very extensive knowledge of everything cars related, his genuine concern for the customer service experience is equally amazing.I then had the pleasure of meeting Michael Sands whom I later discovered was the owner. An equally impressive individual. If you are looking for great value for your money with a fantastic customer service experience, this is the place.The experience I had with Oliver and Michael - they've earned a lifelong customer because of it.

It's a great place to get your car fixed at ! Always ask for Nassim he's extremely Profesional and knowledgeable , super friendly with great manners , he's the best technician I ever dealt with .

Their service is AMAZING!! I had a flat in -30. AMA wasn't even answering their phone. It took 9 hours for a callback and 40 hours for service. Despite how busy they were, Michael and his team had it done in less than 2 hours!! It probably would have been less time if I'd arrived at the shop quicker. I went out with the mobile unit, he installed a spare and even dropped me at work. They fixed the tire and today I just have to go back to get it re-installed. It's very rare now a days to get service like that. Thank-you Michael and team.

I recently had a negative experience at this Fountain Tire location. I have been with this dealership since Sept 2017 and until recently I was happy with the service I received on my 2010 Honda Civic. However, in the past year and a half (Dec 2021 to May 2023) I have had 4 separate issues with flat tires (summer and winter) as a result of valve stem leaks. During my third flat tire I raised a concern with the staff about this pattern. The flat was repaired but my concern was not addressed. During my recent fourth flat tire I asked to speak to a manager to discuss the issue further. I was told (as I always am) that there are many reasons valve stems can leak and booked in for an appointment. I was not connected with a manager.I am disappointed that Fountain Tire has dismissed my concerns. In my opinion, suddenly getting 4 flat tires in under two years is not normal, especially after many years of no problems. All I wanted was to discuss the now clear pattern of leaks and find a permanent solution that would not leave me stranded with a flat tire approximately once every four months. To my knowledge they have still not looked into why this continues to happen even though I have pointed out the pattern and asked them to look into the root cause for me multiple times. They seem reluctant to even consider the possibility that there is an ongoing issue. Fountain Tire does repair the flats as they happen but every time I leave their shop now I worry about when the next one might occur.Unfortunately, the frequent flat tires and subsequent lack of answers or solutions has eroded my trust in Fountain Tire’s ability to service my car. Flat tires are expensive, time consuming, inconvenient, and stressful to deal with. I was charged for the first three valve stem leaks that occurred (totalling $163.52). (The fourth was done for free once I voiced my frustration). In addition to the cost, I find it frustrating having to plead with staff to look into the issue further each time I come in only to be told just to come back again if a tire goes flat. This kind of band-aid solution is not sustainable for me anymore. I am sorry that Fountain Tire has not helped me because I was happy with their service up to this point and I wanted to stay with them. But I think I need to find a different mechanic who will listen to my concerns and work with me to investigate a permanent solution to this ongoing issue.

I want to thank Michael for helping me change the winter tires for my car, he booked me in the next day. The service was quick, but I was in no hurry to pick up the car. Over all the staffs are professional and courteous. The sales are accommodating, my budget was not enough for a brand name tire, but I am still able to get a good set without too much compromise in performance. I also received a free inspection!
