iTofu - Tofu Dessert Specialty Shop

A little pricey - yes; a bit of a wait - yes; worth it? YES!!Delicious puddings and drinks. Staff is very attentive to customer satisfaction and quality deserts. I already look forward to coming back. Good cozy atmosphere. Reminds me of being in a high-end desert shop in Taiwan.

The dessert is fine but per other reviews, they employ a frankly unacceptable money grab practice here. We asked for an extra spoon so we could share our dessert (dine in), and they proceeded to give us a DISPOSABLE spoon in order to justify charging us $0.25 instead of just giving us another regular spoon. Outrageous and wasteful.

We had their classic hot tofu dessert with additional ginger syrup and rock sugar located on the table. Our friend had the sticky glutinous rice with tofu. We wanted the mangoes tofu dessert but it was not in season. Very smooth tofu and the ginger syrup was spot on. We enjoyed our visit and will surely come back.Free limited parking on the main floor. Alright dessert spot but the place feels cheap. Need to pay extra for additional plastic utensils and shareable bowls and there’s no dispensed or tap water available. The mango was fresh and tasty though!

Overall, the tofu dishes here are ok. I really like the taro ball it tastes good and the other toppings are really good too. I prefer hot tofu more than cold

Fair priced tofu dessert place. I got the parfait with 3 toppings for $9. Quality was great and decent amount of toppings. Not too sweet. Tofu was very very soft.Didn't have any issues with the service. The gentlemen at cash was polite and friendly.

Uniquely not too sweet. Come here if you or your girl likes desserts but don't want a sore throat from gallops of sugar.I took 1 star off cuz my soy milk tasted just like the t&t one and that the yams inside where shaped in a way that would not fit into the straw. This should be adjusted for customers in the future.The tofucotta is pretty unique also I think it is a bit overpriced but it is unique and quite refreshing. We did the london fog and earl grey pearls... One of the more popular combinations. It was good.

This place is good, the desserts will require the cane sugar, or ginger syrup to enhance due to the nature of tofu. Nice washroom as well, I purchased a tofucotta and a tofu parfait (Taro, taroballs, and mango), price is a little higher compared to competitor but flavour is stronger than competitor.

Shop has renovated and door replaced. Tofu pudding with ginger syrup is nice still.

I recently visited Itofu Dessert and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. They showed little regard for customer satisfaction and seemed disinterested in providing a pleasant dining experience. The lack of courtesy and respect from the staff greatly detracted from the overall experience.Another major drawback was the absence of washrooms for to-go orders. It was inconvenient and unhygienic to not have access to a restroom, especially when taking the food to go. This oversight by the restaurant management was quite surprising and made it difficult to fully enjoy the dessert without the necessary facilities.One particularly frustrating aspect was the upcharging for every single condiment, including something as basic as a spoon. I found it unreasonable to be charged extra for essential items needed to consume the dessert. This practice felt like an unnecessary way for the restaurant to squeeze more money out of customers, and it left a sour taste in my mouth.Ny visit to Itofu Dessert was marred by poor customer service, the absence of washroom facilities for to-go orders, and the frustrating practice of upcharging for every condiment. While the desserts themselves were ok, I would hesitate to recommend this establishment based on the overall experience. Hopefully, the management of Itofu Dessert takes note of these issues and works towards improving the quality of their service to provide a more pleasant dining experience for customers.
