Richard, service technician, was very courteous and friendly. Installation of screen door was done quickly, efficiently and fits and works Luke a glove. Materials are sturdy and of good quality. Matches up with patio door excellently. Price was fair. Recommended!!

DO NOT GO WITH THIS GONG SHOW. Never go with anyone who first, asks for your credit card. Go with Crystal Glass. These crooks are Unprofessional, horrible customer service. When we called, there was a person on the other end, breathing, I had to ask, if it was the business, this happened 3 times. We called several hours before, we had to cancel, the day of, and were charged a 53$ cancellation fee. We called and tried to explain, the manager talked down to us, was passive aggressive, manipulative with zero empathy. Nope. Scam company. Go anywhere else.

I recently had my screen door repaired and Ihor did a great job. He was very pleasant and made sure I was happy with the door. Also 5 stars for your receptionist. She is very efficient. I reccomend Screen Savers to anyone needing this service.

I needed a screen on my patio door replaced. Brought the door in on June 7/23. Picked up the door the week of June 19/23. I noticed a defect during the installation of the screen and pointed it out to the salesperson . The person thanked me for seeing this and suggested they keep the door to make it right . I called June 26 to check in and was told it was ready . I asked for them to double check that its ready because it was kept there for a further repair to which they verified as ready to go . The pics show that this is as good as it gets apparently . The shop defect that was there originally was still there.... I don't believe it was ever repaired . I chose to take it because I could no longer wait for them to make it good .
