I have usually had good experiences with Peoplesreally good quality with all my jewels purchased at their many locations across CanadaI have finally found their sweetest & most helpful employee named Ingrid :) I hope she is very appreciated. I would highly suggest asking for her if you are adding some new bling to your life :D

I am my partner had a wonderful time and experience with a People's Jewelers in Cranbrook this past weekend. My wife had just recently purchased me I watch and needed the watch band size down as I had lost some weight with being in the hospital. Upon entering the store we were greeted with a quick hello while the clerk finished with a sale on another customer. The clerk quickly attended to our question which was strictly to see if they could adjust a watch. The friend Clerk looked it over and said yes she could and oh what a lovely watch even though she had hundreds to choose from herself. I thought this was a very wise comment to make considering she did not know that we may be in need of other product in the future. She adjusted the band Timely and as I was still suffering from my injuries she told me that she was not going to charge me for a few moments of her time. My wife and I were really taken aback by this very kind gesture, the clerk said think nothing of it it was her pleasure. A genuine caring for the customer and professionalism was a AAA Plus in our mind. And we were looking to purchase some additional jewelry in the future and she was more than pleased to show us a selection so that we would have an idea of what product cost and also provided us a website to look at for further product. In my books and I've been in customer service fields for many many years she exemplified the customer service to her store and to her manager and to the owners of the franchise.
