This review is reflective of the Boardwalk REIT company in London at large. I originally had a viewing booked for Landmark Towers but was called on less than an hour's notice to cancel it. On this phone call, that manager and I discussed units at other properties in town. This conversation led me to book" a tour at this location (Westmount Ridge) or so I thought. When I showed up on the set date/time the building manager said she had nothing booked and was unavailable to show me around. She actually said she left her car running and didn't want to give me the time of day

Horrible place to live. Horrible maintenance, horrible building managers, horrible cleaners. The entire place is just awful. I’ve had issues since the day we moved in. Our screen door has been broken since we moved in, the automatic doors never work, the buzzer is always broken, elevator issues all the time. It’s constant issues. My unit has a shortage so the lights flicker all the time. I would never recommend this place to anyone ever

When notified of move out, site supervisor and maintenance constantly needed entrance to our suite to repeat tasks they'd already done. Company is prone to harassment continuously over 10 months after moving out. When asked to remove my phone number from the buzzer, they refused to. I will never rent from them again. Worst company I've ever dealt with.

Great place to live. Maintenance and staff are quick to review and take action on any concerns Tennant's being forth. Building is always kept clean by all indoor and outdoor staff.

Really nice apartments in a nice area but workers constantly harassed us while moving out and charges you 20 dollars just to change a lightbulb after you move out like they charge you so much to clean your apartment afterwards even if you clean the whole place before moving out my mom and my aunt had this problem too hopefully they changed that because this was a couple years back

I love living here any issues with leaks or anything wrong with the apartment within less than 24 hours it is fixed by maintenance. We had a power out in just our apartment last summer when we first moved in and called maintenance at 3am and they came in fixed it within the hour. I have never had any issues when it came to the staff and the people in the building. It is a wonderful place to live.
