I can't speak to the service they offer, but based on what I encountered with the driver of this shuttle today, I want all pet owner's to be warned. Driving down Barton early this evening, we encountered the vehicle they use for business. The driver cut us off, proceeded to flip us off and flick his cigarette butt at us because we honked at him. Someone who makes a living driving people's pets should be following the rules of the road, and not smoking in the car. I certainly would NEVER want my pets at risk with a driver like this. Be warned.7/30/19 - In response to your comment to me, I am very glad you don't drive people's pets around. I wouldn't want my pet in your car with your reckless driving and cigarette smoking. And nice try. We didn't cut you off. Just pay attention to the road, drive properly, and don't be a jerk.

A couple of months my dog needed surgery to have a lump removed. My dog is a double rear amputee so he goes to see a vet that’s 40min away from where I lived. Which meant multiple trips back and forth that day. They were on time, extremely helpful and worked with me to give me a better price. I’m very grateful and will be using them again in the future!

I have never used this service. However, I have witnessed the owner of this company, Rodney Minshall, act like a complete lunatic in public. I would never support such an ignorant and dusgusting person.

Prompt pickup and delivery of my cat, then two weeks later my dog for veterinary services. Very pleased with the driver, the cleanliness of the vehicle, his being on time for the pick ups and deliveries, as well as the reasonable rates. I highly recommend and will use his services again.

Very disappointed. Booked ride to vets office 1 week prior to appointment and they ghosted me. No answer on phone and unable to leave voice mail cause mail box was full. Very disappointed.
