I have recently purchased a parlor grand from Merriam Pianos, having made quite a few trips all over the GTA. Their showroom features models from different brands, and at all price levels. It is always great to be able to try out pianos from different makers side by side in the same acoustic environment.During my purchase I worked with Kalista Lo from the sales team, who listened to my needs intently and offered useful and honest advice. She made sure that the technician prepped the piano according to my preference. The action on my piano feels like butter now, and is much better than the ones I tried in their showroom.What made me write the cheque in the end, of course, was not just the exceptional service but the piano itself. For those who are looking to buy one, it is certainly worth the time to go to their showroom and try for yourself.

David was extremely patient and really took the time to understand our needs and our budget. He gave us space and privacy to try out different pianos which we really appreciated. I am someone who appreciates time and space! My husband and I were very pleased with our purchase of our son’s very first piano today! Thank you, David! Had an amazing purchase experience with Michael at Merriam Pianos. Husband and I were clueless as we know little about the instrument. Michael was very knowledgeable and professional, made us comfortable right away and eventually helped us choose the right piano. My daughter loves it and we’re very happy that we chose Merriam.

Extremely happy with my experience here buying a piano for my studio. Riley was truly the perfect salesman: very helpful and informative, but giving us lots of space to think and decide on our own without any pressure. The support post-purchase has also been excellent, and I love our new Kawai. I would highly recommend Merriam Pianos in Vaughan to anyone seeking a piano.

I purchased a piano at Merriam. It was my first time there and I was more than impressed. They have a beautiful selection of pianos. The staff are knowledgeable (they are pianists). I was able to compare several pianos without being rushed or pressured into a purchase. David helped me find the right piano for me on a student budget.Merriam Pianos is easy to reach and prompt at returning messages. I highly recommend them.

I read several reviews about Merriam Pianos before going there myself. After having read one great review after the other I must ad that My actual in person experience was even better than I had expected. The facility is awesome. The staff and management are very friendly and very knowledgeable. The sales lady (Kalista Lo) went over and above to make my buying experience my all time best ever. Merriam Pianos has gained a lifetime client in me. I do not hesitate to highly recommend this business because of it’s first class facility and first class management and team. All I have is thanks and praise.
