We’ve used Gzone twice - once for glass replacement and once for stone chip repair. The staff are super nice and easy to work with. A few months ago, my car’s windshield sprang a small leak (of course, during a rain), and I took the car to this shop. Since it was unclear where the leak was coming from, as there was no visible crack on my windshield, they suggested to apply some filler/glue around the windshield (underneath the rubber that holds the windshield in place) to hopefully stop the leak. As they were not sure if that would work (as we could not tell where the leak was coming from, even after a thorough inspection), they did not charge me a penny. Eventually, I learnt that the leak was coming from my roof rack and not the windshield. Despite not fully using their services (as I did not replace my windshield), I cannot recommend this guys enough as they were very honest, flexible (other shops would only see in me in a week time) and worked fast. If I ever need windshield services, will definitely go back to this shop.

Richie and one of his colleagues came to replace my windshield today, and I can say that I will refer anyone needing a replacement to them!They were polite, arranged to come a little earlier than was planned (which worked great for my day), had the old cracked windshield out, and a nice new one put in, in less than an hour! they brought me glass for an old Ford F150 model, I spent time on them, they told me that the IMF didn't buy my car in Canada! jerks!!! I went to Danny auto glass, they did everything in a couple of hours and cheaper, the original, they also washed the car!

I took my time and sent out several quote request to many different glass companies in the Hamilton area. I was pleasantly surprised when Auto Glass Zone Oakville returned a quote $200 below their competitors. I loved the fact that they came to the door and did the service in under 30 minutes. The technician even helped me remove the rear wiper arm from the rear glass after he completed the job. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future.

The experience was excellent from the minute I spoke with Adam (owner). I had previously scheduled for my windshield to be replaced by another company who decided to notify me 45 minutes before the end of the day that they wouldn't be able to make it and wanted to reschedule and have me wait two more days.When I reached out to Auto Glass Zone Oakville, Adam personally called me and assured me that he would have a team out the next morning while also matching the price I had agreed to pay the other company.I really appreciated Team Richie's approach. They called me ahead of time and gave me an estimated time of arrival. When they arrived they were courteous and professional. As they began with the replacement they ensured to give me a walk through of the side panels so that I was aware of any dents/scratches. Upon completion of the job they gave me another walk through, gave me instructions to hold off from getting a car wash for a week and have me turn on the car and test the windshield wipers so that I could see that it was making contact with the glass the way it should.I appreciate Adam for accommodating me and for Team Richie for the excellent work they did, all for a very good price!
