Walked in needing a printer refill. I was looking for refilled cartridges that are cheaper than the brand new products. I asked staff after being unable to find. They told me they didn’t carry refilled cartridges and never have. I went and picked up a refilled cartridge and brought it to the staff who said they had no idea since it wasn’t their department. They said they didn’t know how to check if it was for my printer. The manager (I’m assuming) eventually came and told me it wasn’t and did nothing to help me find what I was looking for . I went back to searching for myself for 20 mins before I returned the old cartridge and left without what I was looking for

Always love going to this store. It has everything I'd ever need for my artistic hobbies. Simply looking through the many varieties of pens, pencils and markers can keep me captivated for an hour easily (I know, I'm weird).This day my lovely wife Pat had to go into Staples for various tasks. Asked to join her I jumped at the chance to simply walk around inside their building but actually having a purpose other than window shopping.First order of business was to drop off a couple Purolator envelopes which were sent to our address but to a previous owners name. Pat called ahead and they let her know she could drop them off there since they have regular business with Purolator. It was either that or have Purolator drop by our place to pick the packages up (we felt it would be a huge inconvenience for them).The attendant had no issue taking the packages from Pat and was quite gracious about it.Walking, and looking past various aisles Pat noticed a group of ground coffee items (had no idea they even carried these items). Having run out of coffee grounds, it was very convenient picking out a selection.After paying for our purchase at the welcoming front cashiers till we went over to the order pickup area to retrieve the old movie reels Pat had dropped off some time ago. Staples was able to have the videos on the ancient reels converted onto a modern USB chip which turned out perfect for modern watching and sharing via internet media.I also noticed their upcoming Christmas item selections strategically placed upon first entering the store. Nice choice of festive items.Parting this store I noticed the many chairs being posed upon the far wall from ceiling to floor. Wonderful way to advertise their selection while encouraging customers to walk back and view closer.

Great selection of office and school supplies. Staff have been friendly and knowledgeable.

Bought tax software, empty boxes on display, not available at cash. Had to wait until an employee was free to get the actual software.They were stored at the top of the store where a large ladder was needed to retrieve the software.Not very well thought out by Staples, especially during tax season.

Terrible customer service here in the printing department. This is the second time I’ve gone in to have something printed and the employee (different employee each time). Barely could move their head and eyes to look at me. They just point towards the printers and tell me I can do it for a lot cheaper or they can do it and it will take an hour.Walk over to the desk and speak to your customers as if our business is keeping you on the payroll.

I was really disappointed with the customer service here. I had ordered a laptop online that was in stock at the store, and was told it would be ready for pickup in two hours. I went in to the store the next day because I hadn't received an email telling me to pick up yet. Customer service said they had not received my order (although the money was taken from my card). Apparently, even though I ordered for store pickup, staples was going to ship another laptop to the store for me to pickup. Inconvenient situation and unhelpful staff.

Nice Staples location in Moncton. Carries the typical items you'd expect to find at any Staples location. I find most Staples locations to be laid out in a very similar manner which makes it easier for the shopper when you visit Staples in different cities. This store was very clean.

This place does not have helpful staff and you have to have a credit card to get a copy of anything printed outSo inconvenient for sure also a long time waiting for serviceI think I will be buying an all in one printer so I will never have to go there again
