very bad service the guy here gurlove he has no knowledge about product he missguidr people and i pay 100$ for my last deal extra bill i got and he said you are only 38 left . He dont know how to make a deal .he did mistake for my deal .and last month they i buy a deal they give me defected i phone .

One of the worst experiences of my life. Staff has no knowledge , was rude, Misguided me. When I asked for AirPods G2 they said they don’t have it, neither the pods were in any other store of Calgary. But when I personally call the other stores , they had it.Even they gave the wrong price. Avoid going to them.

At first there was a couple of employees that didn't give me the time of day , even though I stood there patiently as they helped another customer that arrived after me. When I spoke up and asked for some service they responded with disinterest and and unhelpful. But the second time I went the manager Swar was professional from the start , very respectful , polite and knowledgeable!! He bent over backwards to help me get approved for credit and I ended up leaving with 2 new phones and rebuilding my credit , all due to Swar's knowledge , patients and professionalism !! Thank you Swar

I would've given 0 stars if i could. I purchased a phone from taran, i was in a bit of hurry but he had me waiting for more than 2 hours and after that he asked me to go pick up the phone from a different location. I was still ok with that but all the things he promised during the sale, he did not do even a single one of those. he stopped picking up my calls after i got the phone. i got overcharged on the plan, my bill plan is way higher than what was told to me.i would suggest everybody to just avoid this guy.

Bought a Google Pixel 7 phone + Blu Element screen protector + Otterbox case from Parulben four months ago. The phone dropped, screen protector and phone screen shattered. Parul offered zero support, told me to go to a repair shop, would not discuss any warranties for the screen protector or case that she sold me. She went as far as to say don't call this number

Avoid going to this location. Worst worst worst store in Calgary. When they have to give deal they are polite after that don't even pick the phone and when you visit the store, don't really care.Arrogant staff specially Tarun Tandon and ParulBen. What to expect from staff if manager has this kind of attitude.

It was really bad experience overe there, I wish I could give them 0 stars but for putting a review I have to give them a star. ‘Parul Ben’ I mean the so called Manager over there don’t know to how to treat a customer. I was discussing about my phone plan with one of worker and I was sitting on a chair she came in and asked the worker move me to other side just to attend a new customer. I wish she could learn some more manners or the higher authority teach her some more customer service skills.
