Katerina, Silvie, and team were fantastic to work with. They helped with a kitchen redesign for our 1970s Vancouver Special style house and in the end it looked like a magazine! We love how they narrowed down options for us so that it wasn’t so overwhelming. They also gave good options for different price points and quality and gave good opinions on all of them. They are very responsive to emails and texts and great at putting our minds at ease when we weren’t sure about some things. They were also able to come up with ideas that we would have never even imagined ourselves. Thanks, team, for helping put our vision to life and making our house a home!

We worked with Katerina and her team while building our new duplex. Her team was extremely helpful, collaborative, and overall lovely to work with. The team listened to what we wanted and brought multiple options forward for us to review. Katerina and Silvie are a fantastic one-two combo. Right from the start we knew we were getting a new kitchen designed by professionals. Katerina is superb at her job, she really knows interior design. Not only can she recommend what goes good with what, she has solid examples from her prior experiences and job sites. We got a beautiful tile backsplash, new marble countertops and a medium brown wood finish cabinets. Words can't do it justice! From the two tone cabinetry, right down to helping us choose the right flooring to match the reno, she was there every step of the way.Silvie delivers the onsite construction and contracting team. Her measurements are perfect, and she knows how to run a site professionally with intent. Not only is she wonderful at what she does, she's also really personable and lovely to be around. Once you settle on the design, her teams take over and you rest easy knowing she can help work around any issues and deal with them as they come.I truly recommend working with Designs by KS - you won't regret it!

If you are replacing cabinets, Designs by KS are the team to work with. Their knowledge of cabinet design and installation combined with their relationship with the manufacturer makes for a seamless process. Based on another experience we had, their process essentially eliminated the middle person.The team at Designs by KS listened to our preferences, made creative suggestions and guided us through the entire process. No project goes without a hitch and a kitchen remodel during Covid was not the plan however that is what we were dealt and survived. We are very pleased with our new kitchen, laundry and powder rooms and look forward to working with Kat and her team on a future project.Tom & Heather

Katerina, Silvie and their team are professional, forward thinking and listen to their clients needs.  My wife loves to cook and it was important to her to have a kitchen that was practical and beautiful. Designs by KS delivered just that! They also renovated our 2 bathrooms to maximize storage and create a serene, spa like environment. Highly recommend this team.

We love coming home because we love the remodel that KS Designs did for us!
