I've been going to this centre for my last few services and overall I'm very happy with the team here.I've dealt with Benjamin on the front desk and he's always been transparent & professional about pricing and timing.Any time I've prebooked, it's all done in a day.The location is great, very central.I'll continue to go here.

UPDATE: The team at Downtown Kia Service didn't disappoint me. After a brief discussion over the phone the problems were resolved to my satisfaction. Thank you! I am giving them well deserved five star review now.I truly wish I can give these guys five star review, they deserve it given how much effort they put into making sure I feel well taken care of. The service advisors I talked to over the phone and in person were both very friendly. However, there are two things that needs to be addresses in order to keep the customers satisfied.#1 If the quote for repairs and services was given, I expect no more or less to pay for it. In my case, the bill was 20% more and I wasn't asked to approve the additional cost, the bill was served when the car was ready for pick up.#2 If the service was promised, it should be provided no matter what. Both over the phone and in person I was told my car will be washed and vacuumed. Per my understanding this is not the usual service as the shop just recently opened, but I was assured that the basic washing and vacuuming will be provided. Unfortunately, my car was delivered as I left it two days earlier.I have nothing else to complain about, my car works great and the replacement parts are fitted well. I just wish the shop communicated better what is needed and what will happen during my visit.These are not some major flaws and I am sure as the time goes by this shop will become more reliable in terms of communication and setting client's expectations. I am surely going to be back for my next service.

I recently brought my 2017 Kia Sorento here when the check engine light came on and my RPM’s while idling were very high. The service that I received was the best I’ve ever had from a dealership.First, once they diagnosed the (very major and extensive) issues, account manager Ben looked into my car’s history and reached out to try and get anything covered by warranty. Then, despite the standard warranty being expired, Ben managed to get the entire expense of the repairs covered because of a previous fix from 2018 - parts, labour, and everything. I am a university student, so this was a major relief.What would have been a multi-thousand dollar cost was free, and the work done was quick! The Service Centre kept me up-to-date with the status and timeline, and I would definitely recommend their location to anyone. If I ever have another issue, this is the first place I would bring my car. :)

At first I was hesitant to buy another Kia because of bad service with our previous Kia at a separate location. The sales team on Burrard told me their service team was different and they were right.I had great service from everyone, especially Ben. I had to reschedule my first visit and Ben was very understanding and was able to o accommodate me when it suited me. They explained everything very clearly and made sure I had no concerns or questions prior to leaving. Great, friendly professional service from Ben and the team! Highly recommended!

I took my car, for work for recall. Everything was done in Avery timely fashion. Great service, friendly, kind. Ben and Brandon are great company spokesmen. Even there was a little confusion but not on their part. Sorry but thank-you so much for the help

The customer service staff in the phone told me about a recommended service option that was $320 more expensive. I have only driven my car for 13,000 km in total and when I called two other kia dealerships in Vancouver they were 100% that the downtown dealership should not have pushed the deal onto me. If you want to be ripped off and treated poorly do not call in here. On the other hand the manager was good.

I recommend a different line of work for the person who had the misfortune to pick up the phone when I called in.Guy doesn’t know what a roof rail is and is unable to find its price in 15 min. That spells INCOMPETENT by any standards.So I drive there to see what happens. (Still on-hold. Location badly marked.)Another guy finds the price in 3 min. God work! No, not paying $900 for a piece of aluminum and plastic that cost $25 to make and is not precision-fit (like ball bearings or pistons).Of course they don’t dictate the parts prices, but I’m not supporting the brand’s practices or generating after-sales income. I’ll do that $100 oil change myself, too.

The gentleman named Michael in the part department has been very helpful. As a bodyshop manager, I have been doing business with many dealers/part departments. . Prompt response, finding accurate parts, updating ETA, etc. He goes above and beyond in taking care of his clients. Michael is your guy when you need KIA parts.

NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS SERVICE CENTRE AGAIN…I am not sure what my bill will be but this place is surely a rip off. I understand different Kia dealership might have different prices for service but this place wanted to charge me extra for shop supplies they might use. I mean the service station should have basic supplies like rags and things which they need and should not be charging customers for that. Kia’s marine drive location has fixed price for services and never charges extra for any such supplies. Also, they said that cleaning the car may or may not be done because we are a small service station and have less staff on Monday, also that is not my problem, if I bring my car for service I expect full service or dont book me on such days. They are trying to dodge service and only aiming to earn money….They did take the supplies cost off my bill though but this was my complete experience.Also a thing I noticed is that they even put my tire pressure to 43psi which is not safe and my Kia’s suggested psi should be 33. I hope they measure it after filling in the air.PS: someone did vaccum my car at the service, not properly done though, and this tire pressure issue was something I had to put the review again.
