401 Trucksource Inc has been incredible to me over the last 17 years. I have visited many service shops from the west coast to the GTA, and I have not dealt with anyone better. 401 Trucksource Inc was very professional from the service desk to the floor, and have always treated me as family. They have gone above and beyond to provide any support or help that I have needed. Neal and Paul on the morning shift, and Mario on the afternoon shift, have always taken their time to give expertise advice. The parts department has always given me the best price on parts. DJ and Sandy have always been understanding when it comes to payments. I highly recommend 401 Trucksource Inc and I believe they are one of the best in North America.

They have awesome mechanics and great service, they have saved me a lot of money by solving the problem quickly the first time. I hate dealing with the parts counter some of those guys are rude, if you inquire about a part they act like your bothering them especially the evenings guys.

Service receptionist claims she called me back and left a message. But there was no phone call come in or voicemail left… do not recomend doing business here. They can’t even get phone numbers right… she couldn’t confirm what phone number she “called” but she could some how confirm the time she “called”… would love to hear an explanation from upper management
