Terrible experience, I wouldn't waste your money here. Go somewhere where eyelash technicians are trained. The lashes were already falling out before I left the establishment. I voiced my concerns to the technician and was told I could pay and leave but she had already done the work and she felt it was good enough...

I was really excited to get lash extensions, but I had a reaction and needed to take a sick day off work to get them removed 4 days later and see an eye doctor. The employee never apologized, spoke as if it was my fault and never offered a refund. My eyes are still recovering weeks later.

I went to get my eyebrows waxed. The experience that they offered in the webpage was far from what I received. The wax was very hot because it burnt my upper eyelid, this was a first timer for me. They have two different prices, the store and web page; make sure you check first with extremely condescending receptionist. Don't waste your money here.

During Covid there is no facial threading, but there is waxing. My experiences are usually positive and Farrah was no exception. She was professional, honest and did a great job.

I live in the area so I thought I might try to support local businesses. (I was going for a Brow wax/shaping and tint) Big mistake! This has got to be the most horrible salon I have ever been to! Not only is the staff rude and very unprofessional, I was very unhappy with the service and my skin was left raw, red and burnt by the hot wax. Definitely not worth the fees they are charging. I do NOT recommend using the services at this place of business. You do so at your own risk

I visited on Monday and the Lady did a great job with hardly any pain. A clean environment and she used her mask while I was there. I am in mobility scooter and she accommodate me without making me feel awkward. Little pricey but if you buy a package it’s not too bad.

I have been going here for a couple years for waxing. I paid ($152.15) for a new package in December for waxing. But since the new year I have noticed they are closed and I am unable to reach them. I'm not sure if they will reopen or if I will be getting my money back.

Went and got my eyelashes done here and I got chemical pink eye all my lashes stuck together to the point the next person I went to couldn't even do the fill cause they were so stuck together and pulling my real eyelashes off. Beyond disappointed as this was my first time getting them done. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

The first visit was just as bad as the second but I said to myself let me give it another chance maybe the last time the lady was having a bad day or something plus I didn't have time to go further out. . This lady spent all of 3 minutes on my eyebrows. She didn't bother giving me a mirror to check out her work. I paid and walked into another store. I happened to check out my eyebrows in a mirror and low and behold there was still hair where there shouldn't be. I started to go home and just pluck them myself but I was like hell no!! I paid her for this service. So I go back and say hey you missed some hair. She instructs me to sit down in her chair and 30 seconds later she finished with the redo". Again she doesn't offer me a mirror to look at her work. In the eyebrow business

I’ve been here before with excellent results, but the last few times I’ve been on Sundays, the store is closed, the mailbox is full, the website is down. I’m assuming they’ve closed down permanently, but there’s no sign anywhere saying so. Would like to know what happened.
