Superior Basement Water Control and Remodeling

We contacted Superior Basement water control & remodeling to come take a look at our basement where we were getting flooding but couldn't figure out where it's coming from. George reached out after I filled out the online form and set up a time to take a look. He was funny and personable and incredibly punctual. He asked a few questions and knew exactly what the issue was and explained the water removal system. He gave us a quote and didn't pressure us at all which I appreciated. After talking with a few companies we decided this would work best and it was very easy to get on the schedule. We were scheduled for early November but they ended up having an opening and were done in one day! The installers were very nice and even let me know when the loud parts would be since I was working from home. They were sweet with my dogs and even went above and beyond to clean up my basement when they were done. After the project was done George followed up to see if we were satisfied with everything. So far we are thrilled and have had no more water coming in. We are very happy with every step of the process and the customer service is second to none.

My husband and I contacted George at Superior Water Control in hopes he could help us solve our water issue in our crawl space in the basement and mold that had grown. I was pleasantly surprised when George called me back the same day I left a message.George was very patient in answering all of my questions and is so knowledgeable. When he came over for the initial inspection he was confident that he could solve our issue and laid out they entire process.When he gave us the initial quote he was also forthcoming that it could be more or less depending on how it looked once he opened up the walls.The day of installation George was joined by Dave and Zach who were also a pleasure to work with and did an amazing job. They were also able to remove all the mold and it has made so much of a difference already. George and his team will also be doing the rebuild and they are just as detailed with that as the water system.I think the price for everything George and his team did is very competitive especially for the quality of work they do. Our experience with Superior Basement Water Control was Excellent! We had some water leakage in our finished basement and had a sump pump and water control system installed. The crew that installed the water control systems and did some required carpentry repairs were very careful of our furniture and appliances and did a very clean job! They completed the project on time and as promised. I found the owner of the company to be very ethical and honest about what he promised and delivered. Friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. We were welcomed to our newly purchased (and first) home with a basement that overflowed with water almost every time it rained. After receiving quotes from several companies, we found that Superior Basement Water Control and Remodeling proposed the least disruptive, and most reasonably priced solution. The system needed some additional tweaks after installation, mainly due to the layout of our well water tanks, but George and his crew promptly responded to every challenge and made sure the situation was rectified. I'd advise anyone with a leaky basement to give George a call.

We are happy with the job Superior Basement Water Control and Remodeling (Dave and Jessica) did in our basement. We were having issues with water coming in when it rained. They installed a water mitigation system on the inside basement walls without having to dig up the basement floor and they also installed two sump pump systems. George Massery (owner)was quick to quote (without being pushy) and very fair in the pricing of the job. They also installed the system within two weeks of the contract being signed and it only took two days to complete. We would highly recommend their services.

Recently we put our Mom’s home on the market to sell. We needed answers on how to make the living area in the basement livable again after years of dampness, mildew and discoloring of the walls. I heard an ad on our local radio station and gave George a call that day. He called right back that evening, a Friday evening no less, and scheduled a time to meet with us to discuss issues and present a rough outline with a quote. He followed up with a very detailed outline/cost sheet and diagram of the work to be done. We used Superior Basement Water Control after noticing water penetrating through the cove joint in our basement. They came out quickly to assess the problem and we feared that major excavation would need to be done to resolve the issue. To our joy, they made us aware of a product they install that doesn't require ANY excavation and could be completed in two days. The price was way less than we expected too. They got us on the schedule quickly and installed as promised. The problem was SOLVED immediately and the quality of the work has ensured that water will no longer be an issue. George and his team were wonderful to work with, very responsive, professional and did a great job. Don't think you have to live with a wet basement because it would cost so much to repair. Call Superior and find out what options they have, you will be surprised. I highly recommend!!!

George is a wonderful human being and very honest and knowledgeable. I have used him for water control issues at my apartment building which he did an excellent job with. I have also had him out to my personal home not once but twice to look at some mildew issues and both times he gave me tons of advice on how to solve the issue and didn't charge me a dime since it was all stuff I could do myself for the most part. George is really one of the best business owners I have met and I love his work. He is always on time and confirms the appointment as well. I highly recommend him and his company! His staff are excellent as well!
