This is the second time that I choose Red Moose Realty and I am extremely pleased with the experience. Joseph Pekelsky is very knowledgeable and no-nonsense. The service was spot-on: information was related in a courteous and timely manner. I especially appreciated Joseph’s positive outlook on everything and the suggestions he made were very well-informed. Enlisting the help of a stager to make recommendations was extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend Red Moose Realty to anyone looking to purchase or sell their home.

I recently used Red Moose Realty to sell my condo. Mike Smith, who is a co-owner and realtor was fantastic to deal with. He was pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. I have used agents with Remax, Royal Lepage and Locke Real Estate Inc in the past few years for different transactions and I found Mike at Red Moose Realty better than all of them. AND, they only charge 1% for their selling fee! I would definitely use them again in the future. Thanks Mike!

Joe and his team were amazing to help us with the purchase of our 1st house. He was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the houses we were looking at which really helped us determine which houses we wanted to bid on. When we found the perfect house Joe really went above and beyond to ensure that we got. We can't thank them enough for helping us with the biggest purchase of our life. If we ever want to upsize we will definitely be using Red Moose again.
