I have tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt, but I've had one horrible experience after another, they try to up-sell you on more expensive nail types such as solar gel and when you refuse they'll say things like dont blame us when your nail breaks because you picked acrylic" they make up their own prices and overcharge you at check out

STAY AWAY.i got an infection on my toe from Mango doing my nails. I had to go to the doctor to get cream and antibiotics. All this for a simply pedicure. Not to mention my Finger nails where done horrible. They should be shut down.The first picture was taken shortly after my Monday Pedicure, and the second is today after a few treatments after seeing the doctor.I did not come in with any type of ingrown nail at all. I asked the nail tech to stop digging several times as she proceeded to continue. Small tools are not one time use as per the cuticle clippers used.

Glamour Nail Lounge is a very nice establishment Well decorated etc Most importantly, my nails turned out beautifully. The salon is always clean and comfortable, and the techs are friendly and do fantastic work. They genuinely appreciate your business and make you feel like a valued and appreciated customer.

Glamour nail lounge is AMAZING! I literally drive almost an hour away from where I live to come to this wonderful nail salon!!! The staff is amazing but especially my girl Lisa! She always does my nails and pedicure exactly how I want it and she’s also very friendly and polite! I absolutely love this place.

I was here today and my usual lady wasn’t there so I just picked whoever was available. Everything was going fine and the person doing my nails was being very nice and treated me well, was not being harsh or rude. They started hacking away at my toenails and filed down on to my skin on multiple toes which really do hurt. A sloppy job was done and I’m more than displeased with my pedicure. My manicure was fine but the shaping was very awkward and I had asked them to re do it multiple times and it kept getting worse. They ended up turning out okay and I paid and even tipped them and left. Not to mention I paid $100 for horrible horrible service. Not even 3 hours later my nail chips, I’m beyond frustrated and I see the policy to come back within 7 days to re touch my shellac. I hop in the shower and my nails start peeling off. Like seriously guys? Not even a couple days into the manicure and it’s fully peeling off? I don’t know if I’ll even be able to make it in those 7 days because of things going on, and no one should have to return the Following day to fix their nails, that’s just ridiculous. I’m really disappointed because glamour used to be my favourite salon and I’d have a lot of fun being there and picking out cute colours, I think this is my last time going, you guys wasted my time and money.

Thanks for Glamour Nail Lounge! Most of the technicians are great. As always, the gel nails are beautiful and one of the best manicures I have had in a long time. They really care about their customer’s experience. Always so nice. Really enjoyed getting my nails done here! It was so relaxing and the staff was very attentive.

Just had my nails done here with Trizzie for the first time. She was super friendly and very professional and experienced. Was focused and paid alot of attention to detail. I have found a new home for sure. You can book everything online, prices are all visible and many options to choose from. Highly recommend

I continue to return to this salon because of their amazing nail technicians. They did a great job with my nails and I love how they came out. Not fast but sure, meticulous and in-depth Love Glamour Nail Lounge I wouldn't go anywhere else! It’s my second time here, and the experience is just as AMAZING as the first. Always happy with my dipping powder nails.
