The work of Provincial Construction resulted in significant and permanent structural damage to my home.Not only did the company outright dismiss my plea for assistance in repairing the extremely costly damage they had done, they LAUGHED at me on the phone.If you encounter this company, do not expect professionalism or accountability.Absolutely appalling!

While they have permits, the work they are doing on niagara St in welland is unwanted by all of the people who actually live on Niagara St.I wanted to tell the workers how people feel, and the guy in charge started to chase my dog and I down the street like he was going to assault me.They are rude and do a terrible job. And they might try to kill you if you dont like them.

Although some are not excited about the excavations it is a necessity to repair replace the old water mains running through the city. Welland is in process of upgrade. From parts as old as 1920. One day at a time. In the end there will be wider sidewalks and bike lanes. As well as wider roads. With more space for our growing city.
