I own just about every type of power tool there is. I often destroy tractors, mowers, chain saws, etc & Gates have never failed to repair everything to my satisfaction, & at very fair prices. If I need parts for anything, they always amaze me by having them in stock. Very unusual in this day & age of crappie tire service & parts.
