Great night out for dinner. Was craving AYCE salad. Love those tiny peppers. Awesome service by Ashley. Super friendly and bubbly. She made sure we had our drinks n bread always filled. Soooop full!Will be coming back to sit at her section very soon.

The staff and crew at this restaurant are incredible. My Mum and I always enjoy coming here, as the food is good, and the staff are so accommodating. She is in a wheelchair, and is always impressed with how the staff actually treat her like a human being, and don't see the chair first. Highly recommended.

Food and service are always great. I love the unlimited bread and salad. The only reason I gave it a 4 for atmosphere is that I find it a bit loud (yes I'm getting older). I really like the fact I get a discount with my CAA card.

EDIT: 06/08/2023The General Manager of the restaurant was kind enough to reach out to me to apologize for the poor experience and offer us a gift card, and was quite sincere about making it up to us on our next visit. I am updating my review to 4/5 stars based on the great customer service follow up, thanks Zoey!-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------I took my mother out to dinner here for Mother's Day May 14th. We had a reservation, and the restaurant was understandably very busy and packed to capacity. We arrived at 7:00 p.m., and it took over an hour for us to receive our food at approximately 8:10 p.m.It took so long for us to get our food, that our server ended up going home without even telling us. Our new server came by to check in on us and we informed her that we have been waiting over an hour and still hadn't received our food. The table beside us had the same issue.It's understandable that restaurants can be busy, especially on special occasions like Mother's Day, but at some point you have to draw the line when it comes to waiting for your meal, and waiting an hour is unacceptable. The restaurant should have prepared for a busy night by making sure they had sufficient kitchen staff on hand to deal with the increased patrons.When the meal finally came, the food was less than stellar, and the portions quite small for the price.We were not offered any discounts, compensations, or even some free bread for our wait. Very disappointing experience overall, and we certainly won't be coming back here on the next special occasion.

My daughter wanted to go here for her birthday, what a great experience.I got mozza sticks to start.They were so good!Our meals were deliciousKids pizza was undercooked slightly at the bottom.But at the end they came out with a brownie and sang happy birthday!!So all and all experience was pretty great.I recommend hell's kitchen to you spicy fans. !

If you’re dining at east side Mario’s ASK FOR GEORGE. He never fails to make my dining experience AMAZING. He is the nicest, funniest and most enthusiastic server I’ve ever had. His positivity and energy is always fantastic. He always has a smile on his face. Not only does our food come out quickly he constantly checks In to make sure we have everything we need. He truly is the best of the best.

Went here for dinner and I was surprised to see how many people in Barrie love East Side Mario’s. This places was packed at dinner time. Since we were a party of two we got seated pretty quickly. Overall the service was great and almost a little fast but I get it with a line going out the door. The food was great overall and my kid had a great time and enjoyed his food. My only complaint would be the blue raspberry drink was lacking in flavour and he didn’t end up drinking it, but it was fine as he ate the cotton candy and whipped cream. We will definitely be back with the whole family as the service and food portions were really good for the prices. Especially if you like the soup and salad as to my surprise it was all you can eat. Also this goes without saying but this is not traditional Italian food but American-style. This does not mean the food was bad just not traditional. Give a try with the family as it was a fun time.

Recently dined in and had George as our server and he was absolutely fantastic ! He was very enthusiastic, attentive and overall had a great personality and vibe about him. He would continue the conversation whenever he came back to the table and made us feel extremely welcome. He was super quick at getting our food and on top of asking about refills whenever he noticed our drinks were low. Definitely requesting him every time I go in now as he is one of the best servers I’ve had !

SUCH A GROSS EXPERIENCE!! I was on a trip to barrie this weekend and I had ordered from this place. When I tell you I couldn’t eat the food not only because of how it looked but because it was a risk to my health. The pasta wasn’t cooked, the sauce smelt off, and the chicken we had gotten was completely raw in the middle! For 80+ dollars go somewhere much more fancy, such a rip off.
