First time going to the dentist in a long while. Felt welcomed as soon as I entered the office. Great staff working there and I look forward to having them help with my dental needs for a while. Felt comfortable enough to bring up any concerns I may have had. Really friendly people, all around!!!!

I came to Chatham Family Dental based on the online reviews and great introductory offer available to new patients. The hygienist Cindy was super friendly and eager to explain all the procedures she did. She was professional and efficient and l felt very comfortable in her care (despite having some 'dental anxiety'). Dr. Khankhet was very caring and professional as was the dental assistant. The receptionist Melanie was also very warm and professional and l left a happy customer. Highly recommend!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Chatham Family Dental! As someone with very high anxiety centred around dentist’s appointments , I can honestly say I felt totally comfortable and safe in their hands. They were super friendly and cheerful which helped ease my nerves a lot. They were also very understanding when I said I was self conscious about the state of my teeth because I can’t afford to go to the dentist as often as I’d like. I felt zero judgment or worry as soon as I was sat down with them, and was well taken care of.

Worst experience I’ve had with a dentist. Blew through 2 years of my benefits, and every time I went my plan had to be ‘reviewed.’ Because of how some fillings were done I have literal ledges now that will just hold food. No crowns were put on as I was told was part of the plan. I went back to have some issues resolved, but they were not. Fillings falling apart. Fillings overfilled so I couldn’t eat. Should have known after my first appointment.

Just moved out here a few months ago, had to find a new dentist. From start to finish they make you feel like part of the family! Was excited to get my children booked in with them! You're greeted with the biggest smile and every concern is genuinely heard. They are absolutely wonderful!Definitely a gem in Chatham!

My hygienist was so knowledgable I couldn’t believe it. I’ve been going to the dentist for many of years and some of the things she told me I never heard of before and everything made sense. They were awesome the whole staff, and the dentist herself was pleasant, easy comfortable to be around and talk to you easy access to get in and out beautiful beautiful beautiful Building. And I’m very happy with my teeth my clean.
