Have been going about 15 years. Everyone is great. They get you in ASAP. Never a problem with bloodwork.Results online in a day or two to know for your doctor.Lots of seating room and parking plus other convenient shopping close.

Arrogant, distracted and unfriendly receptionists and technicians.Mixed up my results with another patient and didn't even have the decency to call me and let me know.Now, the Ontario health care system will pay them one more fee because they messed up, and I have to fast again and take more time off work to do another test.

Very nice people at the front desk. It's a first come first serve patient intake but they usually do the lab tests faster. It all depends on what time and day you go there. It's best to go there in the morning or before lunch.

I went; got lab work done...this isn't a customer service-based business. There was no meaningless interaction of 'weather' or 'plans for the weekend', only profession professionalism. If people need to be coddled, this isn't the place for you. If you want fast efficient lab work done so that you're in/out quickly, this is the place to go. It's a medical facility, not a social club.

Ladies who work here are so rude...showed up just before 5pm and all I heard was 'jesus christ look at the counter' then one of the ladies comes out and tells me that the lab closed at 5pm when I was in there at 4:55pm. She lied to me and told me it was 5:07pm. She seriously needs some customer service training. And if it was 5pm, the door should've been closed. I just left my doctors office and was instructed to go down and get blood work. Wont be going here again with such ignorant people working there.
