I've had the pleasure of knowing Matt for 15+ years. Recently, we used Matt to purchase a second property, our dream getaway, an off-grid property on nearby Lillooet Lake. It wasn't an enormous transaction compared to some Whistler real estate deals, and it had some added complexities being a co-op development but Matt always treated us like we were his top priority, even know I know he had multiple other deals on the go. His responses were always immediate and his proactivity in organizing and presenting timelines and next steps made the process super easy, transparent, and low-stress. Definitely recommend Matt in the highest regard with no reservations to anyone looking for a consummate real estate professional in the Sea to Sky.

Trustworthy and competent real estate agent in Whistler. Matt worked extremely hard and was there throughout the entire process and continued to help anytime when needed, well after the sale and purchase of our property in Whistler.
