Gives me runarounds, lied to me about availability, and hangs up on my phone calls. Extremely jobsworth behavior, and it makes me sad.

I thought that I was actually getting a lawyer when I visited, but it was only a consultation. The staff are very compassionate, understanding and they listen intently when voicing my concerns.

Got free legal representation from a classy lawyer for a legal challenge in my life.

They helped me and were very informative and friendly, It is a walk in so you have to physically be present if you want any form of valuable service from them nothing they can do over the phone. If you put in the effort they will do the same.

Do not go to the REC still community legal help for Landlord and Tenant number one they set you up to the point where you going to pay more money than was really necessary number to the don't help you at all they seem to make matters worse furthermore they tell you go to social housing if your on ODSP they like to target the sick people especially people who have disabilities be warned

The professionals offer great service and you feel confident that an effort is being made to assist you however, the access to to the service needs work.

I have nothing but praise for all the staff. They handled my case successfully and I was always treated with respect,courtesy, dignity and kindness. Words cannot express my gratitude to all the staff. Thank you so much

Unfortunately, not sure what the lady whose answered the phone problem was but she was extremely extremely extremely rude ( had a Guyanese accentI called just to inquires about their services. She rudely cut me off before I could even finish told me that it’s covid so their office is not accepting any people to visit And then hung up.Trust me I understand most times it can be a pain answering phones - I’ve worked in customer service positions before where all day your taking calls. So with that in mind, I called with some phone common sense, didn’t goof around on the phone or take forever to say hello, greeted her with a hello ,no screaming baby in the background, had paper and pen ready. And still so rude.Will not be calling again or using their services.

I just wonder who is paying the employees of this office. I called so many times at different time of the day and finally someone answers ....this office has odd hours of operation and the info I get tells me how useless and inefficient this place is.. I will track down who are these people actually, who is paying for this type of offices and if they are paid by the Government of Canada, meaning actually paid from my taxes I will have a word to say...

Me and my friend went to the Rexdale Legal Clinic to get our documents notarised. The staff was very friendly, especially Kathy. She completed the process for us in no time. Thank you so much Kathy
