BUR-HAN came promptly to our home near Grand Boulevard after it became necessary for us to replace our lawn service that we had been using for years. Their efficient, caring and professional service is a treat. We highly recommend this company.

I've am SO impressed with BUR-HAN. I've tried other lawn companies in the past in the lower mainland (e.g. Nutrilawn) where after they sign you up for a program and take your money, they no longer care about you. Nutrilawn does not offer good customer service (will not respond to emails) and have a terrible product (lawn reseeding was a weird wild flowering type of grass).BUR-HAN is the opposite service of that. After signing up for programs, Frances is prompt with her emails and always helpful. She makes sure that you are choosing the right program and not selecting unnecessary items which would add cost. She is quick to help adjust the fertilizing schedule. Instructions after applications are clear. Additionally, most recently there was a small burnt section on my lawn after fertilizing and they came back within 3 days to reseed and topsoi!!. Not only did they do those areas, but reseeding additional bare areas on my lawn as a courtesy.I highly recommend BUR-HAN if you are looking for quality lawn care

Bur-han is great company for serving our lawn. I have their service over 10 years. They alway service on time and respond any questions.

These guys are fantastic. Very thorough and professional. They always follow up each service with a summary of what was done and add anything of note. We have been very happy. This is our third landscaping company in the past ten years so can say from experience - Bur-han is one of the good ones.

Unfortunately I have had a terrible experience with Bur-Han over the past couple of years and just terminated them. They charge about $50-60 per cut but it’s extremely rushed; what’s worse is that they sell you all sorts of expensive lawn services like de-mossing or fertilizing and both years they have completely ruined our lawn making them unusable. As I wrote to the owner we handed over green lush lawns both years and got a patchy burnt out lawns. I would not recommend them.

I was totally disappointed with the services Bur-Han provided. They never adhered to the contracted lawn cutting schedule; the work itself was so shoddy that they had to come back numerous times to rectify it; they raised prices with no advance warning, despite the contractually agreed upon fees and they took six weeks to schedule a day's worth of pruning.I wouldn't recommend them at all.

The two Bur-Han guys that showed up to cut my grass were very fast and efficient. In no time at all they had cut and bagged the grass.The result was a beautifully manicured lawn. I would highly recommend this amazing company to anyone looking for quality work.
