Awful place. Did not receive our order in full. Our son's season ended so we asked for a refund for the missing goods. Our request was met with complete rudeness.Avoid this place at all costs. They are rude, the quality is not the greatest and the service is awful.I have never written a negative review in my life. The customer service at Roy's motivated me to do so this time.

Worst customer service. all sport organizations should stay away from Roy's. There are other organizations that provide better products and service.

Very professional staff. Great variety of apparel. In house logo design. They turned around a rush order very quickly for our first tournament. Parents and players were very happy.

The worst place. Ordered a product that was late and then they screwed up on the colours and tried play dumb. Had it re-made and they screwed up on the design. When trying to get issue resolved, they refused and said we would have to deal with it. I would rather pay triple the price then use their services again.

Horrible, my daughter started lacrosse, and before it started we ordered a pair of shorts. We were told it would be 3 weeks at the most..Without any notice the shorts were on back order. 8 weeks later, we finally get them. (Lacrosse season is now over) We ordered blue knights shorts and received lady blue knights. We specifically specified BLUE KNIGHTS at the time of order and again over the phone multiple times and they still got it wrong. We are now hoping the replacement order will be put in on time to get them in a weeks time... fingers crossed!
