Clinique de Santé Jacques-Cartier

D'abord, je souhaite préciser que les services de ma médecin de famille sont vraiment plus que très satisfaisants! Ma très faible cote concerne ici le service de la clinique d'urgence. (1 étoile est requise pour avoir le droit d'envoyer son message....). Impossible d'avoir un rendez-vous. Le fonctionnement n'est pas clair en ligne. Des informations supplémentaires m'ont été fournies de vive voix par une secrétaire. Malgré tout, et malgré de nombreux essais, jour après jour, pendant une semaine, aucune chance d'y avoir accès ! Cette situation mine considérablement notre confiance : y a t-il vraiment une offre de services ??? J'en doute vraiment! Mystère.

The secretaries are very rude, they refuse to help you. I tried contacting them throughout the whole summer. If the secretary is on vacation, no one else will book an appointment for you. If the doctor isn’t there, the secretary won’t book an appointment until the doctor gets back. I was finally able to get an appointment for October, they called to to cancel and reschedule… after getting off the phone with my pharmacy for my asthma pumps, I have been informed that they are expired. The pharmacy had sent two faxes to the clinic without any response from them. This clinic does the absolute bare minimum and the secretaries are very, very rude.

J'ai appelé pour une condition sérieuse, en premier, la ligne de la clinique d'urgence pour me faire dire qu'elle n'était pas ouvert. Ensuite j'appelle la secrétaire de mon médecin de famille et je me fais dire qu'il y a un temps d'attente alors j'attends 10 minutes simplement pour me faire raccrocher au nez.2 semaines plus tard, on m'a dit de prendre rendez-vous avec la clinique d'urgence puisque mon médecin est en vacance, j'ai appelé 25 fois entre 9h et 14h30 et la ligne n'a simplement jamais été activé pour prendre des rendez-vous. De plus, aucune explication a ce sujet ne sont donné, que ce soit dans lemessage vocale ou en ligne.

Secretary staff is rude and stuck up doctors there don't do anything for you. I get better service on the waiting list than with a family doctor at this sorry clinic

Sa travail dans le domaine de la santé mais ils ne savent même pas la définition ... En gros, Google va vous aidez plus qu'eux tser veux dire...Consulter car on est en dépression pour finir qui vont te caller encore plus dans ta dépression, si on pourrais donnez une note dans le moins sa serais le cas. Une clinique de santé, mais vont t'ils vous aidez pour le mieux ou ...? Rien ne précise

Telephone services are horrible, could be waiting for hours or get hung up on while waiting.

pas moyen de contacter le secrétaria et quand ta un rendez vous cest pas.juste long cest eternel et desuet ta le temps de te faire traiter 4 fois a lhospital sans que la clinique puisse faire de suivi

Bonjour,Ten (about) years ago when there were less than 10 doctors associated with the CJC/Clinique Vimy, there was 1 doctor available in Clinique d'urgence. Now with >25 doctors attached with the CJC there is still only 1 doctor available at clinique d'urgence (catering to the patients associated with all the doctors). I call at 8.00.00 (h:m:s), or 9.30.00 to get an appointment at the Clinique d'urgence. After 20 minutes of waiting, I get the message 'si vous entendez ce message...'.We can assume that there are 20 slots between 10.00 and 15.00h, 15 min each (on holidays, and 40-50 slots on other days). The secretary needs 60-90 seconds to get the details from each call - health problem, name of the family doctor, name of the patient, date of birth,etc. Therefore it is not possible that the 20 slots are filled within 20 min i.e. 9.30-9.50 on a sunday!It is equally difficult to get a regular appointment with the family doctor within a reasonable delay. The telephone service is very bad. It is 3 days that I am trying to consult a doctor for my son, nothing very urgent that I have to go to the Emergency at the hospital, but a consultation is required. I really do not know what the solution is. I will not even give 1 star to the Clinique d'urgence.

Secretary is ignorant and very rude doctors are great.I received a voicemail from the clinic to drop my paperwork off at the office the secretary refused to take it and forced me to get an appointment for over a month later

The nurse I dealt with was great and very helpful however the secretary is very rude on the phone.
