Dr. Etemad is very kind and patient with young kids. Both my daughters were nervous and uncooperative and he took the time to make them feel comfortable and explain the process in a way in which they could understand. Morgan, at the front reception, is so pleasant and professional and they both make coming to the dentist a positive experience.

He has been my dentist for years after another clinic tried to tell me I needed a root canal when in fact it needed nothing more than a filling. He knows how much I am terrified with dentists he's always been very patient with me, and now I go to him and there's no anxiety anymore. I would highly recommend to anyone

At first, nice place, nice dentist, did the cleaning for my 3 kids but....I had my 4yr old son have a cavity done and it was the worst experience ever! Not only did the dentist not complete the job half way through drilling his tooth out I got charged for it! Then ran around the city trying to find someone to complete the job which I did. My son was in pain as the freezing was wearing off as well. NEVER again will i go there nor would I recommend for anyone to take their young children too.I don't think I should of been charged for uncompleted work because the dentist decides he can no longer do the work.

Me and my family of 5 are very happy and grateful we are the clients of Dr. Etemad. He and his staff are very professional, thoughtful and caring. They have definitely personalized approach to your family as opposed to big dental offices where doctors do not even know your name, since they are seeing so many clients and are constantly overbooked. With Dr. Etemad you can be sure you will get personal attention and individualized approach to your specific needs regardless if you are an adult or a child. The receptionists are awesome too - they always send reminders, are very accommodating and extremely polite.

I am a 24 years old and HATE the dentist. I hadn't been for a few years due to fear and anxiety. When I found Dr.Etemad's office is when it all changed. Dr. Etemad is so caring and thoughtful, he walks your through every step always checking in to make sure you're okay! He is awesome! It is a small comfortable environment with just him and his assistant Morgan (who is also awesome!). I recently just had my two front teeth crowned for cosmetic reasons and Dr. Etemad not only made the experience pain-free but he realigned my smile and I couldn't be happier with the results! Just had my initial cleaning and assessment with Dr Etemad, and I have to say that it was the best possible experience when going to the dentist anyone can have. Morghann at the front desk was prompt with scheduling me in when it worked best for my calendar, and was very kind, helpful, and knowledgable once I arrived. In regards to Dr Etemad, he did a fantastic job, not only with the cleaning, but also his knowledge and communication. - I would highly recommend going to West Dental for all of your families dental work.

Dr. Etemad has been my family dentist for more than two decades. We have not had a single issue wiith his performance during this time. Highly recommend to anyone looking for flawless dental experience in a friendly and enjoyable environment.
