Went in for some models. The staff were very helpful and helped picked one that was of an appropriate difficulty. They helped with choosing paints that met the paint scheme. The supplies the recommended worked out well and at a reasonable price.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff at Great Hobbies! I can't say enough things about this location. Every single person I've interacted with was approachable and helpful.Highly recommend paying them a visit whether you're getting parts for an R/C that you already own, or you're looking to buy something new. The team at Great Hobbies are enthusiasts themselves and share the same love we all have for R/Cs and models.Check them out in store and online, you won't be disappointed!

Absolutely the best customer service I've ever received. Had a very specific problem, and the staff went above and beyond building a custom battery housing and wiring solution, and it cost me next to nothing. I couldn't be more impressed. The store covers a variety of hobbies, but there's lots of employees available, so there's always someone there who is super knowledgeable about what you're looking for. Just a wonderful experience all around.

I’ve been going here for a year now maybe longer and they guys and gals that have worked with me are fantastic I’ve even been given there personal cell and they answer when I have any questions or even just to share my excitement with them all fantastic people thanks so much to the crew here!!!!!

First time in getting a gift for my sons friend. Eric was extremely helpful and patient as I had zero knowledge, and also didn’t make me feel bad for not knowing anything. Both of the young folks at the cash were very passionate and helpful, and you could tell all three of them took pride in their work.Looking forward to returning with my son soon. There is a wide variety of options here. Worth a pop on to explore!
