If you need a wedding planner, please do not hesitate to contact Effervescent Events!We were very lucky to have worked with Laura. We were a bride and groom that really had no preference. We were very “sure, looks good” and “ya, whatever” kind of people. She managed to get that attitude to work and help create a wedding day that could have been” meh” into “Whoa, this is great!” From the ceremony to the reception we had given very generic instructions, answers and details. So, to have walked into the church with everything ready to go from the flowers, to the tissues to the sponsors having their items, was just a surprise. She made it possible. Then when we walked into the venue, WOW. She and her assistants did an amazing job at adding all our little wants and making sure it was beautiful, and it really was!In terms of the planning she made a very stressful event not stressful. We had multiple meetings that she always catered to my schedule, she gave homework that helped breakdown the “to-do list” into more manageable items and she would give reminders that were much needed closer to the wedding date. We had hired her for day -of coordination but even before the month when she took over she was still so helpful and was a great help in planning. To give you an example of how Laura is, I had a vendor who would not answer emails on time and, she went out of her way to schedule a face to face meeting and we got to talk it out, and we all walked away with all our questions answered. We were also stuck on who to be a videographer and she came through with a referral and what ended up being an amazing choice !If her organization and attention to detail are not enough reasons to choose her and Effervescent Events, then know that she will always look out for your best interests put your needs first. Throughout the planning and even on the wedding day she made sure to always check up on us and assure us that if something wasn’t going right that something could be done. She was a very calming influence! When everyone was doing there own thing getting ready, Laura was there to ask if everything ok. I wanted to play dominoes before leaving for the church, others were like “really?” but she was like “whatever keeps her calm.” When there was a hiccup at the reception (no fault of hers, at all!) she did not seem fazed at all. She handled the hiccup with such calm and control that it carried over to how I reacted. People expected me to be less composed, but I had it together because Laura had it together! She came up with actual solutions and said everything right, so I wouldn’t freak out more.Thank you to Laura and all the assistants. You guys did an amazing job and made the whole day run so smoothly and all the guests you had conversations with had great things to say. Even though this review is almost done there’s still so much I could write about how you really made a difference that day! The day good have just been “ya, whatever” but it was far from it!!! We highly recommend effervescent events! We hired Chloe and Laura as day-of wedding coordinators so that we could sit back and actually enjoy our wedding. We initially met with them several months before our wedding, and they made recommendations for vendors, decorations, favors, and day-of details. After hiring our own vendors, Chloe and Laura took over about a month before the wedding date. They were very organized and prepared. They confirmed all details with the vendors, created a detailed timeline, and organized payments for the vendors. They gave us a lot of helpful advice and met with us for hours prior to our wedding date to discuss what we wanted for our wedding. They stayed in constant contact with us and to ask us for our opinions when needed; Chloe even created a group chat for the four of us so we could get in touch with them immediately if needed. We felt extremely comfortable with them and they really got to know us as a couple. I feel like I made a personal connection with them as they were very easy going and friendly. My fiance also really enjoyed working with them as their attention to details really helped to calm his OCD! Chloe and Laura were both personable and professional, and we trusted everything that they suggested or said. The wedding day went so smoothly because of them. They were at the venue for about 12 hours, coordinating the setup and helping with decorating. They also ensured that everything went off on time and without any problems. They worked seemlessly in background, really allowing us to enjoy our wedding and be worry-free. We just had our 200 guest wedding this past weekend, and wanted everyone to know that Laura and her staff were incredible. She helped guide us through the entire process, helped set things up, reminded us of things, asked about things we didn't even think o , and ran around making sure everything went smooth. Her guidance reduced our stress levels considerably and I have already recommended her to another recently engaged acquaintance. 10/10!

Laura and Chloe were so wonderful to work with! They were wonderful and very friendly, but most of all patient and also very understanding. They understood who we were on a personal level, understood our tastes and ultimate vision for our wedding day. The best part for us was how they worked with us in regards to budget. We were on a very tight budget but also had very grand (and sometimes unreasonable) expectations. While they easily could've scoffed at some of the things we wanted to incorporate into our wedding given our budget, they were able to come up with solutions and other ideas that would give us more bang for our buck. They were always one text/phone call away and would always be prompt in replying/answering questions regardless of the time of day. We can honestly say that our wedding planning was basically stress free (as stress free as planning a wedding can be) because of these ladies. We are so grateful to have them in our lives. I was feeling super stressed and overwhelmed with wedding planning when my Mum stepped in with the best advise and plan of action. Hire a wedding planner! My Mum is a wedding dance teacher and had worked with Laura and Chloe on other weddings so she recommended them right away and I completely trust my Mum wants the best for me and my wedding. We met with them and immediately hit it off! Once they stepped in I felt I could breath again and just be a bride and enjoy this special time! Thanks to Laura and Chloe my wedding day went perfect and was the best day of my life! My only advise as a bride is to hire Laura and Chloe! They will make everything easy and fun and your special day the most perfect event you will never forget! We could not have done it without their help! We are forever grateful to them both! We hired Laura for our day of wedding coordination and she was amazing! Everything went so smoothly and we couldn't be happier with the result. Her and Denise were so professional and I honestly couldn't have had this wedding without them. Laura was great at answering all of my many many questions even months before my wedding. Truly the best!!
