I have used Bruna and her team a few times, never had a problem. Until now, my mother was housesitting my home as my family and I were on vacation, and I booked a cleaning just before my return.The bathroom shower was not done and there was milk stains still on my sons bedroom floor.Bruna was not apologetic nor even attempted to corrected the problem. After a few words back and forth she told me to stay home and clean my own house.She is rude and highly unprofessional. I have screen shots of our conversation- I wish I could post for people to see - stay away from this company.
