I sent them a dm and the process was pretty straightforward. They messed up with the pricing and had posted the item for less than what they intended, but honored what they listed it for. The PayPal transaction was easy, and I received my pedals not too long after. Two and a half years later, I still have those pedals in my car.Pleasant to deal with. Easy transaction. Good selection. Good day, to whom it may concern, I'm contacting (nextgenerationvw dismantlers) via this platform, its because eBay's message system on their site/app doesn't allow my messages to go through, probably maybe my listing has expired. But I'll get into that in detail shortly on why I'm sending this messageOn the 13 September I bought an (ABS PUMP GOLF 5) through ebay and I chose ground shipping, which I'm aware it might take 30-90 days to arrive. Shockingly I still haven't received my item and now we are marking 134 days, still not delivered. I'm not a complainer by nature. But I guess some situations are inevitable to avoid, no matter how patient you are, especially when it involves service in exchange of buying and selling in a mutual respect. On November 3 I closed my request on (Item not received) due to I still had a bit of faith and trust, that you guys will deliver my part. But still to no avail.All that I'm asking... can (nextgenerationvw dismantlers) honor their buy and sell agreement to their customers. All I'm asking is FOLLOW UP" on what might probably be the hold up

Justin is an excellent guy to deal with, even though he doesnt get many Audis, he has helped me find parts for mine and has even cross referenced parts from VW that work for me. Prices are very fair too, would highly recommend him to anyone needing parts
