Absolutely wonderful service. The older gentleman is a little gruff ,rough around the edges,as my mom would say lol. All in all great service though. Clean equipment,fast,reliable. Hours could be a little longer sometimes hard to make it by noon depending on where you have to come from. Wonderful every time I've had to use it

While visiting Victoria for the weekend my wife injured her knee and required a wheelchair. I contacted the Red Cross about renting a chair. The Red Coss representative stated we needed a Doctor’s prescription to in order to receive a loaner wheel chair. As a nurse of over 20 years I have never heard such ridiculous rules. Thanks Red Cross for your lack of help, in our time of need. My generous donations will Never come your way again.

This location provides both basic equipment and advanced equipment on donation based loans. You need to first have a doctor, OT or PT submit a request and the rest is simple.

Used this Red Cross when my mom needed items. It was a good experience each time. Helpful, friendly & knowledgeable volunteers. They are always looking for help, too if you want to do some good & have some time to give to a good cause.

The People were Very Rude. Not helpful at all as there were 6 people behind the counter and we were the only one's asking simple questions. Not one would answer a question of available items that we needed for an injury wheelchairs and bath chair.Was very intimidating.Never seen more rude people towards a person with a broken ankle.

No compassion... we came to get a wheelchair with my mother in law in the car.. they closed at noon so our doctors office rushed the form over.. but because the form was the old version they wouldn't help us.. Screw you guys, you will never get a donation from us ever again.
