So this is my second time purchasing a pc from here. My first one was roughly eight years ago. Between that time, I've reached out asking for PC support and they were happy to reply. They've offered me advice that didn't even benefit them. I will always choose this business for all my pc needs without a second thought.If you see any single star reviews, they're absolute lies. This is the one place that I trust without hesitation. They are one of the only places with complete integrity. They won't push you to get an extended warranty nor offer needless add-ons.They offer the highest quality pieces for each of their builds. And you can tell that this is what they're passionate about.Went to pickup my pc and Simon was an absolute gem when he was presenting the pc and it's specs. You will never find someone better.Please support this small business, they're the best ❤️

This guy, and his gf/wife are jewels of human beings. Both very knowledgeable and good hearted, i can't go anywhere else for my PC needs even if i was living in Vancouver. Thats how sold i am to go there. They didnt just do plenty of compromise with me, but they literally HELPED me when i had serious GPU and RAM issues. They arent oversellers, they discourage that as a matter of fact. There is seriously no reason to go somewhere else.

Need a Gaming PC ? You know the game you want to play at full performance and graphics. Just ask ' Simon ' he will tell you what you need to enjoy the game at full capacity. Required a monitor and mouse or SSD card ? There's no need for Amazon this shop got a variety of useful components and product for your computer. Visit their site to know the type of computer you want. If you have all the components for one but don't know how install everything? Don't will do it for you for a good price. Worth the visit for their great services.

I got fed up of dealing with box stores and computer companies like Dell etc.. I started searching online for computer builders and I found Sgxtech. To make sure there would be no misunderstanding I took down the address and went there personally to speak with someone who could help me get a computer that specifically met my needs. I'm glad I did! Simon is the man! He immediately knew what I needed and didn't try to sell me what I didn't need! I bought a warhammer yesterday and i must say i’m very very satisfied with what i got. The service was really nice they awnsered all my question and the price is great i recommend sgxtech if you need someone to build a pc :D

Bought my first personal computer from this shop and was pleasantly surprised.-Prices are very competitive.-This is the only place that had the specific components I was looking for at the time of my purchase.-The suggested builds allow for indifvidual customization of specific parts.-Simon treated me in a way that made my order feel unique and important. He answered my initial questions with detailed answers and made sure to understand my needs as he was preparing my computer.-The delay between placing my order and pickup was very short.-I was provided with all of the components' original boxes for warranty purposes.Would definitely recommend.

Bought a build system 3 months ago. I made a few upgrades of my own (EVGA 850W 80+ Bronze Modular PSU, 32 gb 3200hz OCable RAM, ML fans, case mods) and all I can say is that I feel Simon' very welcoming but focused attitude towards its clients is on par with his building skills. Fantastic job on the rig, enclosure is clean and the wiring is good. Pre-builds options are relatively on the budget side, offering flexibility when asking for specific parts (Larger cases, overclock enabled MOBOS). The only hickup, which is minor in nature, is the limited choice of enclosures, but anyone could buy its own of their choice, along with parts of his liking and bring it to Simon so he can exert its skills and expertise.

The pc he sold me came with a faulty ram, I tried mailing him to figure out what was wrong with my pc but he stopped answering me. I had to buy a new ram and install it my self. I did tell you it was below 100 fps and in low settings. And the ram is not running properly after changing it my pc had no issues.

Amazing product and service, here is why:I ordered their biggest build (Obsidian), SGXTECH was capable of building and delivering in 5 business days. Also, I had a few technical questions concerning the build and certain optionnal upgrades: I got my emails answered in a few hours and it was very cordial and professional. The pricing was fair and there was no pushing for further sales.If you want a solid computer than can run modern games in highest settings with >120 fps (yes, even Tarkov), SGXTECH is the way! I would rate 5 stars , both for the product, and for the customer service . Bought 2 ryzen 7 gaming pc’s , one for me and one for my brother . Switching from console to pc I wasn’t sure what I needed , but these guys really pointed me in the right direction. They helped me find what i needed , I ordered, and in a couple days the pc was built and shipped to my door ready to use . I’ve been using it for a couple weeks now , playing games like (rust , gold rush ) and haven’t had a single lag or problem yet . For the prices , they probably have the best around for the quality of the work and parts , I would 100% recommended if your looking for a gaming pc .
