Such an amazing salon. The staff are so friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I've had manicures and brow lamination, tinting and waxing and they were all great experiences. Can't recommend this beauty salon enough!

Barbra is amazing. Professional, personable, and quick - what more do you want when having an intimate part of your body waxed.Truly, in +15 years of experience with estheticians, it was the best ‘first’ experiences I’ve had. Barbra is a very knowledgeable esthetician and super kind and friendly - making what can be a very intimidating and embarrassing process super easy. I highly recommend her.

Booked a 75 minute facial and it was only 60 minutes. Felt very misled to the service I had booked. When I brought it up that it was booked for 75 minutes I was told that anything over 60 minutes is their prep. Why am I paying for your prep.? No other company does this. Add the fact that they put a mask on and leave the room for 15 minutes makes the time more like 45 minutes. I also found it very strange they wear gloves for a facial. This should be noted as it takes away from the treatment. Overall, I’d probably not recommend.

I really enjoy going here. The staff are really friendly and helpful. I see Amanda and have been quite regularly now for bikini wax. The process isn't the greatest but she sure makes it painless" and the time go fast. Would definitely recommend."

OVER-RATED.while the staff was lovely.. i'm having a very hard time understanding why this is one of the 'best pedicures' in Victoria.It is mediocre at best.polish color options are extremely limited.for the price paraffin should be included.the nail shaping was non existent in my pedicure.disappointed as i booked this as a 'splurge' for myself. will not return.

I got a brow tint and Brazilian with Lauren. She did an amazing job on my brows in under five minutes - it was clear she knew what she was doing. She has a very sweet and gentle touch. Even though waxing is not the funnest experience, she made me feel so pampered. Very sweet human, would recommend.
