I rode through Prince George on the way North August 12 2015. I stopped by the Harley dealership mostly jut to check the place out. I had developed a small oil leak too but main reason was just to gave a look. First person that saw me spoke to me, like we were friends, was nice. Mentioned my oil issue, he sent me to the back to talk to a mechanic. this guy was great, lent me a couple tools, swapped a few stories and basically got me bandaged up enough to get me home. The feeling of the place more than the place itself s what I would really like to comment on. Hey, a dealership s a dealership is a dealership. The one in Prince George made me feel welcome, made me feel comfortable. After weeks on the road in every weather imaginable, it s always nice to see a friendly face, especially from strangers. Nobody tried selling me a bike, or anything else for that matter. They all were simply good people that I enjoyed talking with. I'm glad I stopped by.

Very poor service from the parts department. Absolutely rude and no help at all. Never go in there as they tend to whisper and laugh at their customers upon leaving.

I went in with my wheels and a new set of tires to be swapped out. I assumed it would be a day or so before I got them back, but they took care of them right away. Phenomenal service and the people there were great. No BS, just getting the work done to get you back on the road!

I came in late on a Saturday afternoon, 3,600k from home with a bad front wheel bearing. They fixed it immediately, and were willing to stay late to do it. Everyone was helpful, above and beyond, right down to steering me into a place to do my laundry. This is what I love about the smaller dealers, who I will patronize every time over a large one.

The crew here are the best! They take the time to talk and mechanics explain everything perfectly. I won't spend my money anywhere else

Bought a bike from Lens in December, with a 3 hole service done , got it home in a trailer. Checked engine oil was 1 litre over full , checked trans, empty maybe 2 0z of dirty oil in it . Never take anything there .

Me and a friend traveling cross country. Great set of guys at this shop. very knowledgeable. Stopped in for oil changes and they noticed one of the bikes tires was really needed to be changed. One of my tires has a little bit of miles left but not much it was good to have them look over the bikes while doing the oil change. If I lived here this would be my go-to shop.

Len, Trevor and staff are always great to deal with. So sad they are having to close. End of an era in PG that is for sure
