Great coffee! And I mean really good! The croissant was a bit on the greasy side with the cheese and was good. Sitting on the patio in the presence of 300+yr old building was priceless.

Decent drinks and good looking pastries and baked goods. Definitely worth it for lighter breakfast or dinner on the go. Looks like a good spot to do some WiFi work away from home.Prices are in line with most coffee house/specialty bakeries.Had a hazelnut latte and almond croissant.

This is the great coffee shop for tourists, you can enjoy the cup of coffee and eat the croissant then look around the Place Royale, the coffee located at the the centre of Place Royale. However, if you are the big fan of croissant I’m not recommend this coffee because the croissant is normal and the cappuccino isn’t excellent too.

They have very good chicken pie. The coffee is quite nice as well. Very good choice for taking a rest after a long walk in the old town.

Like the other locations, the food is good but we had some issues at this location. It was packed and we found plastic in our food. There are no toilets at this location. We did get a quick and easy refund for the salad with plastic in it.

Great place to get snacks. The croissant, was the best croissant I have ever had. So big and fluffy it was just delicious especially with the jam they give u. The quiche was really good, so much flavour and delicious. Definitely recommend

Café La Maison Smith Notre-Dame
We took a trip here for some breakfast treats early in the morning. I am not the greatest at speaking French, and the owner let me try to do our entire order in French, which was a nice surprise. The treats are absolutely delicious, and the coffees/iced coffees were made perfectly. We really enjoyed our time here. It’s a surprisingly awesome spot to do some work, if you have your laptop handy. If you are in the area, stop by.

Staff was so friendly. We ordered a sandwich and a guache. Both dishes were recently prepared and the taste was great. It was not very expensive and not too crowded. I was there for lunch and it was not crowded, a few seats were available inside.

Biting into a cherry croissant that had a partially frozen filling was so hugely disappointing. I ate it anyway and felt the cold chill in my stomach for an hour. We informed the staff who simply said it's not supposed to be like that...sorry". And that was that. Incredible.I should have read the older reviews that reported that indicated that the croissants were not fresh.The eclair was good at least."
