Last two times I’ve been there they didn't have the fittings for the hoses that I needed not that uncommon of ones either. When you don’t have the parts customers aren’t gonna come back.

Flawless experience! I needed a couple uncommon metric o-rings, and they were able to get them in the next day. Given the low cost of two o-rings, it's obviously not something Regional Hose will generate a profit from, but regardless, they took the time to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of the o-rings. Thank you Regional Hose!
