REALLY unprofessional, quoted one price then they raised the price and then when the vehicle arrived the price was higher again.I emailed the owner and asked for an explanation and he wrote back a crazy rude letter basically telling me I was lucky to have done business with them.I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY !!!

Canuck is a great company with a wonderful manager. I would like to say thank you to Roy, the GM who went above and beyond to help our car delivery. He himself went and picked up our car from the US border so we can receive our car on the day he promised. They are so professional and resposive. Definitley will work with them in the future.

Good trucks, safe and secure delivery. Drivers know what they are doing and are very careful to ensure my vehicle was unloaded properly.My only negative was when I needed some delivery paperwork to be authenticated and they refused to do that. Essentially the service stops when the vehicle leaves the truck.

Dealing with Andrew was an absolute treat. Great guy to deal with. Can't say the same for the owner to be honest....My delivery was supposed to be done on a certain date and never arrived until 5 days later after prodding and poking to get things done. He was very abrasive towards me and simply said I'm not delivering it today

Terrible first experience with this company...took them two weeks to get my car to the lower mainland from the interior. Just lied and made excuses and ended up charging me a lot for storage. Scammers.

The Worst experience I ever had with a towing company, they needed 27 days to bring my car from Vernon to Surrey and they were lying to me everyday and say you will get it today , tomorrow next week after the weekend and a new lie every time I call them .They didn’t even say any apology word for there mistakes and they have ZERO customer service .The first and last time I ever deal with this company and never recommend them to do any job .

I put a running and driving car on Canucks trailer and they unloaded it to my customer not running or driving. Canuck jumped the car backwards or supplied too much power to the car with their jump boxes and they fried multiple fuses and caused serious electrical damage to my vehicle. When I followed up with Roy he told me it was not his problem and that he would not be answering calls from my phone number any longer. Would not recommend.

It was really hard to communicate with them, impossible to get responses. Funny thing is that after emailing and getting nowhere, I called and got voicemail, the guy on the message says 'if you want faster service, then email'. Also they were like we can schedule it Thursday, Friday or Monday. Didn't arrive until the following Monday, a week late. Guess this is typical Vancouver business protocol. The driver was nice so that's a plus.

In a 2 company transport mix up, one of Canuck’s staff showed up at my door to get my car. Although Andrew, the driver who came to collect my car, was very pleasant and polite, I overheard his boss, Roy, talk about me over the phone to him, swearing and insulting me, even though I had done nothing wrong. Very unprofessional, and solely because of this would NOT use their services in the future for any of my car transport needs.

Had my car towed with Canuck Towing today and had a great experience. I was able to ride along with the driver for a long tow (90km) and he was great to chat to and listened carefully to all my instructions direction-wise. It ended up costing far less than expectations which was a fantastic surprise. I hope I won't have to tow my car anytime soon, but if I do, I sure know who my first call will be.
