Julio is a true professional and really cares about his clients. He was able to broker a non traditional deal with ease and although it was not a particularly lucrative one, he treated it as though it was his number one priority. He was at all of the showings, thoroughly reviewed all documentation, followed up several times ... it is easy to tell he is a caring and genuine person. I highly recommend Julio and will be using him for all future real estate transactions. I will also be referring him to any contact of mine who is in need of an agent

I am so happy that I turned to Julio to sell my condo. Not only did we sell my condo at 98% of asking price, but we did so in less than two months! Julio is extremely professional, knowledgeable and there to help his clients throughout the entire selling process. In a market that is very saturated with condominiums he went above and beyond to explain to prospective buyers why my property was a diamond in the rough.
