Love ALL the staff at McKenzie Towne and Shawnessy and Mission locations incl the cleaning crews. They always help me sneak in and out and make my multiple services flow as easily as possible. I ask a lot of questions and they happily answer or find the answer. It's so nice to be greeted by first name too. They care and make you feel right at home!

Absolutely love coming here! It’s like a little escape from life while enjoying a sauna, tan or balancer pro. Morgan is so awesome to deal with, always goes above and beyond and super friendly! All the services are amazing.

Staffing at this location is amazing! Hats off to Amanda especially. Her name recognition is outstanding.Everyone is so pleasant and cheerful. Great job everyone.

I have not spray tanned in a very long time. Kaylee was informative and made the perfect shade for me. She asked me questions to help with my experience. All in all an amazing experience and I will be coming back!

I started coming to McKenzie Towne Bronze Baxx in December 2020. It quickly became my home away from home, a sanctuary I looked forward to almost daily. The services are great and always available :sauna, hydration station, balancer pro and multiple types of tanning beds. The best part though is the friendly atmosphere. The staff are always smiling, welcoming you, and going out of their way to make every visit relaxing and enjoyable. I see Morgan and Amanda the most, they know me by name and I truly feel a sense of community every time I come here. It’s been a gift over the winter, long days and pandemic fatigue!

I had fantastic service here! Kelsey made me feel so comfortable. I came in for a spray tan a few days before my wedding and I look like I just came back from a beach vacation. She was very patient, explained everything very well,, gave me all the education on how to make it last, and she was a perfectionist. Excellent job! Will 100% return

It usually takes me a long time to tan, but the tanning beds here are superior to others I have used before. And the staff were fantastic!

The customer service was horrible! We went in to inquire about the infrared along with tanning after we had stopped for DQs with our kids and weren't aware that there was a tanning place there. We were wanting just information (not there to tan) and within a minute after being there the lady started to yell at our kids as there were a few drops of ice cream on the floor (which we cleaned and moved our kids to the door) she than again continued to makes us feel unwelcomed by stating that they better not drop any on the carpet either as its harder to clean (by this point my husband was holding their ice cream). We waited for her to help another client as we were asking questions and she than yelled at my son for going close to the door with a bed, we than said thank you and when leaving she made sure to tell us how our kids were not welcomed in there as there is a strict policy. Worst service and would never go back!

Great place, everybody is friendly and they help out a lot if your new to tanning. GTL lol
