We’re so happy to have had Arti and Jazz as our doulas for our first pregnancy. They were both great to stay in touch with during my last weeks of pregnancy with prenatal visits and check-ins via text as the due date approached and I was starting to get antsy!Arti was there for our labour and delivery, and she was absolutely indispensable. Labour lasted longer than we initially expected and Arti was there with complete dedication and a steady, loving comfort that helped me stay focused and cope while making sure that my husband was looked after and able to be present and connected during the entire process. We are so grateful and couldn’t have asked for better support.

We chose to use VAMA for our birth and we had the pleasure of working with Arti.Our time with Arti was amazing! I couldn’t have imagined better support for the birth of my second daughter. From the beginning of our engagement with her, she was a great support and made us feel at ease with her gentle and caring demeanor. At 32 weeks we found out my daughter would be born with a heart abnormality; after we shared the news with Arti, she gave us the support we needed and helped us cope through the remaining of the pregnancy. This was a very vulnerable time for us and having Arti help us through this was a blessing. Going into the birth of our daughter we felt informed and educated about the birthing techniques and the labour process. Arti went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and gave us advice on what foods and exercise we should consider during and after the pregnancy. She was so calm when I needed the support and guided me through each contraction with ease. Assisting my husband in the labor room was also a big help, she walked him through each step of the labour process and made him feel well informed with his role during labour. I couldn’t have imagined a better labour experience. She provided us with post-pregnancy care and checked up on us when the baby was home. If we were to do it all over again, Arti without a doubt would be our Doula.

Where do I start. Becoming a new mommy is so hard. Wanting to be the best mom to my little baby is all I wanted. Arti came in at the perfect timing when I had my son. It was in the very beginning I had so much trouble producing milk and breast feeding my baby. I was so hard on myself. I remember so clearly the day she came over to my place and changed my whole motherhood experience. You gave me confiedent and taught me so much. I will be forever grateful for you! Thank you so much. The lactation cookies helped so much and we’re so delicious. Also your energy was everything I need. The positivity and showing me that it’s okay to take a step back and just learn as I go was everything. I can’t wait to have a baby number 2 you will forsure be in my books! Thank you! Arti was a god send! She is so humble, and caring and not to mention super efficient! She visited us the next day after my daughter was born and helped us a lot as first time parents. I hardly had to tell her where things were in the kitchen- she figured it all by herself. She took care of my daughter, our food and me! Being a first time mom I was so skeptical to breastfeed my baby and felt I couldn’t continue it for long, even though I wanted to, but Arti encouraged me and set me up for success! She baked lactation cookies for me, as well as lactation tea, which were very helpful. She provides a strong support system, which we felt was highly needed.I cannot recommend her enough! Plus, she cooks delicious food!

Arti helped us a lot when my son was born. We were first time parents, and did not know much about newborn and Arti came over and helped us with everything. She is a type of person that you can trust hundred percent and her caring and warm personality and deep knowledge of postpartum issues made our journey much easier. She helped us with everything from breastfeeding to bathing our son. We would have been lost without her help. I would highly recommend her services!

Arti was simply amazing. The extra support my husband and I needed to get through one of the most challenging and amazing time in our lives. Not only was she there emotionally, but also had so much knowledge to share in terms of what to expect at the hospital, pain management, and everything you can think of when going into labor as a first time mom. I highly recommend Arti! And added bonus : she gives great massages and relaxation techniques to help you get through the pain. Couldn't have done it without her!

My husband and I highly recommend Arti. Having struggled after the birth of my child, it was so great to have Arti with postpartum support. Arti is the only doula my husband and I would ever trust with our daughter. Our daughter has been fussy due to having attachment anxiety whenever my husband and I leave our home. Arti is the only person who can manage to keep her calm and happy. Arti is knowledgeable, reliable, kind, caring and an overall amazing doula. She provides exceptional postpartum care.

My exp with Arti was wonderful. She was very thorough with explaining things to me. I knew I could rely on her based on our connection. She was extremely helpful the day of my birth. I am so glad she was there - she made sure I got some rest as well as my partner, well hydrated (literally feeding me water and apple juice without me asking for it), and relaxed. She worked wonderfuly with the nurses and especially hand in hand with my midwife during delivery. She also captured very emotional moments of my birth (with consent) that I would not have gotten if she was not there. I highly recommend Arti! Being new to the city and having no family to support us through the 4th trimester left us feeling very overwhelmed and anxious! Hiring Arti was one of the best decisions we made. Being first time parents, she patiently helped us adjust and taught us all the tips and tricks needed to make the transition smooth. She’s knowledgeable in every aspect of newborn care and provided valuable inputs that helped us overcome various difficulties. She was very supportive of our choices and preferences and we cannot imagine how we would have managed without her support.
