I have been getting my taxes done here for almost 10 years if not longer and it is the best service I have every received. I still to this day drive over an hour each and every year to see Chris and have my taxes done by him. Chris always makes me feel relaxed and comfortable and I am amazed that he never misses anything and he will always remember things from years past. Thank you so much and I would recommend anyone to go there.

BRUUUUUTAL! Never again. Took my taxes there to be done as I was new to the area and had little in the way of options at the time. Got the return back and questioned the guy, as 2 other separate H&R Block locations had screwed my taxes up in the past at my previous posting out of province. He flipped. I mean yelling at me over the phone. I mean the good news was as far as I know the taxes was right this time. But that kind of customer service far outweighs the good in this case. Needless to say, 3 strikes and H&R Block is out as far as I'm concerned. Never again.

Chris and Dao provided amazing service to help ensure that my aging parent's tax returns were completed before the April 30 tax deadline. They even helped to resubmit tax returns from previous years to take advantage of unused past deductions. I would highly recommend the H&R Block team in Russell. Thank you for all of your help

It's always a pleasure to get our taxes done by H & R Block Russell office. Everything was done by Professionals, they had our files done right away and we didn't have to wait. They answered our questions and gave us tips for RRSP. We highly recommend this office for your filing your taxes.
