I would give them zero star if I can, do not waste your money and time using this company, very unprofessional dealing with costumes, will misuse your personal information and they don’t care, I waited for my hard copy for almost 3 weeks and when I emailed them they sent it to my old address stating that I put the wrong address and on the application it’s not clear where the recent address should go, they never verified my address from the ID, they claimed they resent it a week after I didn’t get it and again gave me the same address excuse, very defensive, unprofessional and don’t care about your personal information, they would breech every term of use of personal information, they don’t even put their full names in emails on CS very fishy. Will report to BBB

I was looking for a job and really impressed with how fast and easy it was to get my results back without having to go into the police station. It takes me over an hour to commute there but only took a few minutes online. this is great very happy with the short wait time

Unable to call their phone numbers, the automated voicemail gives an option for English and French, when I chose English (1) nothing happened and at the end it said goodbye! The advertisement says within minutes but on the email it says 24-48 hours

Not sure where these bad reviews are coming from cause I had nothing but exceptional service from verificationscanada yesterday. The gentleman on the phone worked above and beyond to make sure I got my record check back by the end of day yesterday so I can hand in for a job opportunity. Great job verificationscanada

Buyer Beware. Not worth the aggravation. Do not pay for this and do not give them your information. This so called company did not deliver what was paid for with completed information. To individuals who know they have a clean background and need a standard police criminal check, it is just best to go to your local police service or national police service to not get scammed like I unfortunately did. I have learned my lesson and will be filing a police report.

Told me they will release the result after 4hrs but became unresponsive after. Phone number wouldnt connect you to an agent and will just ask you to just email them. Had to keep on following up to release result. Thought i was scammed
