I had an amazing experience with Caroline. she was personable and helped me find the perfect pair of sunglasses. She also proactively walked me through my warranty and their policies so if their were any concerns, I was aware of the best steps. She was A1!

La boutique était achalandée et, malgré cela, la gérante, Caroline, a su donner un très bon service. Elle a un professionnalisme et elle sait écouter nos besoins pour bien nous conseiller. De plus, il y a une très belle variété de lunettes. Je recommande!

They have a great selection of sunglasses, however staff is not the best. The employee didn’t have much information about the products. Besides she wasn’t very kind.I got a pair of sunglasses and she gave me the wrong case: too small for thek.

I walked in to your st-bruno store ready to buy, and your manager told no to try if it the same moble or the size...we were so insulted that we walk out...you lost 2 pairs of glasses

Je n’ai pas eu un très bon service malheureusement! J’ai acheté une paire de lunette à plus 500$ et il était sur le point de me donner celle en exposition qui était abîmé au lieu d’en prendre une dans le backstore. Puis je n’ai pas reçu la facture par courriel tel que demandé et quand j’ai rappelé pour leur signaler ils m’ont fai attendre 15 minutes au téléphone… mais le personnel est sympathique.

Amaaaazing staafff ... The two (probably) store managers, specially Lisa are great. super informant and knowledgeable, extremely friendly. all items are brand new genuine, and I really feel confident paying good for good genuine quality sunglasses there. they exchange super easy during 90 days period. kudos to Ya'all .
